BLACKPINK's Lisa Shares Swimsuit Photos From the Beach

Lalisa Manobal, aka Lisa, is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the BLACKPINK singer shows off her amazing body in an anything-but-yellow bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics, sending her followers into a frenzy. “Love you Lisa,” one of them commented. “Hot girl,” added another. How does the singer approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

When Lisa appeared on the reality show Youth With You as a judge, she revealed that she practices her dance routines for 12 to 15 hours a day. What makes dancing a good workout? Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Lisa enjoys the perks of coffee, which Cleveland Clinic explains “acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Lisa doesn’t starve herself. She looks at food as fuel for her body and eats accordingly. “If you don’t have anything to eat, you don’t have energy,” she told Youth With You competitors.

Lisa prioritized her “physical strength and health” with the thought of, “If you’re going to do it, do it right!”‘ since she would have to “fill the stage” on her own before going on tour. “I worked out every day and did Pilates steadily to keep in shape and gain strength. It definitely helped a lot,” she told Vogue. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body’s inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Lisa abides by the power positive thinking. “I always try to think positively. Even if I’m stressed out, I cheer up by looking at our cats and thinking about Blinks!” she told Vogue.
