Avneet Kaur is sweating her way to a hot body. In a new social media post the Indian dancer turned actress flaunts her amazing body – flat abs and all – in a two-piece, belly baring workout ensemble. “February,” she captioned the series of snaps. How does she maintain her fit physique? Here is everything you need to know about her diet and exercise routine.
Avneet owes her career and her body to dancing. “I think I owe everything to dancing. Definitely, dancing will always be my passion and I am planning to get back at it. I dance but I want to learn more in dancing and want to do more videos for my YouTube channel. I am making a few dance covers for my channel so my fans will get to see them soon,” she told Times of India. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
Avneet is serious about her diet. “I am taking care of health a lot,” she told Times of India, adding that she is “eating very well. I am consulting a dietician also.” Produce is a big part of her daily eating plan. “I have observed that incorporating fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet has a great long term effect on your skin and makes it clear and healthy from within. Citrus fruits like oranges are packed with Vitamin C which brightens your skin. I ensure I include fruits and leafy vegetables in my meal every day,” she added to Telly Chakkar.
Avneet drinks a lot of water. “The easiest habit I swear by is to always keep myself hydrated. I always carry my water bottle wherever I go. Water helps flush out toxins from your body and keeps you cool to get going through a tiring day,” she told Telly Chakkar. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Avneet also takes time for self-care. “Face masks are a blessing in disguise. If you have forgotten to drink enough water and feel completely drained. The secret to instantly get fresh and glowing skin is through face masks. They are easy to carry while travelling and is a quick fix when you feel dull,” she told Telly Chakkar.
Avneet told Times of India: “I am working out religiously. “In her latest post, Avneet shows off some of her strength training moves. In one of the clips, she does a rowing exercise.
