Gallagher likes to do different activities with her friends. One thing she likes to do is go bowling. She shared this photo of herself and her friends at the alley on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Ah bowling, the great American pastime.” “Some activities, such as bowling, are less intense than others, like bicycling,” says Harvard Health. “Less-intense activities may not be enough to trigger weight loss, but they will definitely help you maintain good health,” says Dawn Rogers, a physical therapist at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital, to Harvard Health.

Gallagher’s Instagram is full of food photos. She likes to enjoy a variety of different foods in her diet. She posted this set of photos of some of her favorite foods. They include asparagus, fish with potatoes, a charcuterie plate, and a steak. She captioned the post, “Some food lately. I do realize it’s mostly beige.”

Gallagher loves spending time outside. Her Instagram is full of outdoor photos. She shared this photo of herself hanging out outside. She captioned the post, “Sunset on the Heath.” Florida Health reports, “If you spend too much time inside, then it’s possible that you’re not moving around enough. If you make getting outside a goal, that should mean less time in front of the television and computer and more time walking and doing other things that put the body in motion.”

Gallagher does a lot of outdoor activities. One thing she likes to do is go horseback riding. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself and a friend going riding on a trail. Heart.org reports, “A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just a half hour of riding is considered ‘moderate exercise,’ said BHS PR executive Megan Hawkins, ‘while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton.'”

Gallagher is a proud feminist. She shared this photo on Instagram for International Women’s Day. She captioned the post, “So why do we celebrate International Women’s Day? Well, because quite frankly, the aim to achieve full gender equality for women around the world has still not been realised. Data released by UN women shows that the pandemic could put women’s equality back by 25 years. This year DOUBLE the amount of women have been made redundant than men. Not to mention school closures have created a childcare crisis. 1 in 3 women have lost their jobs to cope with unpaid duties at home. And there’s still a significant gender pay gap.”
