Ana is a big proponent of talking it out with a professional. “I have been doing therapy for two years, because keeping my feet on the ground is sometimes very difficult,” she confessed to Celebrity Gossip. Sometimes “it is very difficult to always be clear about the point on the horizon you have to look at, what is your objective and why are you here,” she added. “You have to put aside the egos, envy and what makes you wrong to be able to make your music happily.”

Ana regularly hits the gym. She maintains that exercise boasts not only physical benefits but mental as well. Working out “helps me to clear myself,” she told Celebrity Gossip. However, she did also reveal that her anxiety has been so crippling that she couldn’t go to the gym.

In the interview Ana reveals that she is a fan of the workout buddy system. She said that she and her guitarist would regularly hit the gym together and they would have dinner there as well.  Finding friends to exercise with is a great way to make yourself accountable and can also make working out more fun.

Ana also views making music as therapy. “In the end, music has always saved my life,” she said, explaining that music has always been her “lifeline” and something she can “hold on to” and seek support from during “the hard times that any human has.” She added: “I do have a relationship with music, I rely on it a lot and, in the end, it’s therapy.”

While she is busy making music, Ana also takes time for rest and relaxation. “I’m one of those people who’s always preferred working than having holidays but I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy a few dreamy days in a wonderful place and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. It’s been a long time since I had a family vacation and when everyone is laughing and you see it from the outside, you’re just happy,” she captioned this Instagram post.
