Dellanos makes sure to stay fit. Even when she’s traveling and on the road. Dellanos uploaded a YouTube video documenting her go-to workouts when she’s traveling. “Don’t skip the gym,” she says, before walking to her hotel’s gym. In the video, she is seen using the treadmill, rowing machine, and stair climber. “I’m doing just a light travel workout,” she explains.

Drinking water is a big part of Dellanos’ wellness routine. Especially when she’s working out. In her YouTube video, she is seen drinking water after using the treadmill. “A little water break, after cardio,” she says. “It’s so important to stay hydrated while you’re working out.” Staying hydrated is extremely important to staying healthy. Harvard School Of Public Health reports, “Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons: to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.”

Dellanos is on a vegan diet. In her YouTube video, she is seen going to a restaurant that has a lot of options for her. “I am vegan, so it’s really hard, sometimes to find food in certain restaurants,” she says. “They actually offered me a whole vegan selection, like a special vegan menu.” Rush.edu reports that there are a lot of benefits to being vegan. They state, “Research has shown that a vegan diet can help do the following: Promote weight loss. Reduce your risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol levels. Lower your chances of getting certain types of cancer, such as colon cancer. Manage diabetes by lowering A1C levels.”

Dellanos opened up about it in this YouTube video. “I have this avocado melt retinol sleeping mask,” she says. “When I put this on at night, in the morning I don’t really wash it off with soap. I just kind of like wet my face a little bit.”
