Meghan Markle shared her fitness secrets in an interview with Shape Magazine. “I’ve been doing the Tracy Anderson DVDs, gosh for, five, six years almost now. I just find the results are great and you can do 15 minutes in my trailer – just find those little bits of time and at the end of the day you’ve had a full workout.”

Serena Williams is Markle’s longtime BFF. The tennis legend has a busy schedule, but she tells CNBC’S Make It that she makes time to relax. “Something I do every day is [to] completely turn my brain off, which sounds weird but because I work so much between tennis and running my other properties—Serena Ventures and Serena Clothing. But it’s a lot so I just need to turn my brain off and not think about anything.”

Abigail Spencer is one of Markle’s closest friends. The two also worked on Suits together. Spencer shared some of her diet and wellness secrets with People. “I’m always trying to get in water,” she says. “It is the life force. It’s extremely easy to dehydrate working 14 hours a day and on my feet all the time.”

Sarah Rafferty worked with Markle on the show Suits. She revealed in an interview with SELF that she loves to do Pilates to stay in shape. “I honestly think I’ve gotten taller since I started doing Pilates. And my posture is totally different, no more slouching!”

He shared his fitness secrets with Men’s Journal. “I transformed a back corner of my yard into a workout space, which has become my favorite place at the house now. I’ve had these kettlebells from Agatsu for years, but lately they are really getting used. The company is from Canada, and I picked them up while I was filming Suits up in Toronto. Once we wrapped on the show, they spent months outside in the elements, but they stood the test of time and still do the job.”

Amanda Schull is another of Markle’s friends from Suits. She opened up about her diet to Women’s Running. “Healthy eating is definitely a challenge when I’m not in control of all of my meals. I usually make myself a green smoothie in the morning to take to work, and then practice as much self-restraint as possible when craft services brings naughty snacks around.”

I am a Tracy Anderson devotee and go to her NY studio for all my classes. I also love walking Thatcher, my dog, to and from work every day. My daily workout at Tracy Anderson is a moment for myself each day as is my meditation practice.

Gabriel Brecht worked with Markle on Suits. He revealed in an interview with Parade.com that he adapted a vegetarian diet. “I had the best Philly cheesesteak ever, but it made me feel terrible,” Brecht said. “A friend recommended I read The China Study, and I quit eating meat. I’ve never felt better.”
