††† (Crosses) have continued their festive tradition of dropping a beautiful cover, and this take on George Michael is no different.
For the past two Christmases, ††† (Crosses) have shared a cover version to bring in the holiday celebrations.
And this yar’s offering is something very special indeed.
The pair have taken on George Michael’s classic track ‘One More Try’, which appeared on his debut solo album ‘Faith’ back in 1987.
And they make it their own in the most gorgeous way, with ethereal synths and Chino Moreno’s caramel tones sticking to you instantly.
It’s a perfect tribute to the incredible artist that George was as well as a perfect way to round out what has been a successful few months for the band.
