Model Sami Sheen is giving fans an early Christmas present on her OnlyFans page.
The 19-year-old daughter of “Two and A Half Men” actor Charlie Sheen and “Wild Things” star Denise Richards put her fit physique, and her new chest, on display in a red swimsuit.

On Friday afternoon, the popular OnlyFans model shared four photos that featured her lying in the sand at the beach in the iconic red “Baywatch” swimsuit. She dyed her hair darker, but fans seemed distracted by the size of her chest following last month’s breast augmentation surgery. In the caption of this Instagram post, Sami teased more sultry snaps on her OnlyFans page, writing, “I have an early Christmas present for you.” A geotag placed her in the Bahamas.
“Your results are looking amazing, congrats!!!! They fit your frame amazing and look like they are dropping and fluffing great!!” one fan exclaimed. “You are the definition of perfection,” another follower gushed. “Ooh, Sami you are so gorgeous I love your new hair! I’m so going on that website that you are on when I get to college lol,” a third fan chimed in. “Look great. Love the hair color,” another follower shared.
Denise Richards Did Not Want Her Daughter Getting Breast Augmentation Surgery
In an October 2023 interview with Bustle, the 19-year-old OnlyFans model revealed that she was only ten years old when she decided that she wanted to undergo breast augmentation surgery when she got older. “I was 10 years old and like, ‘I can’t wait to have big boobs like my mom,’” Sami recalled. “All my friends were getting boobs, and I was just like, ‘OK, when’s it my turn?’ I would always stuff my bra with socks and stuff.”
Denise Richards admitted that she also had a small chest when she was growing up, but confessed that she tried to talk her daughter out of making the same decision that she did. “I was made fun of as a teenager [because my boobs] were mosquito bites. I got them done at the same age Sami is wanting to get them done,” she said, adding that she had plans to get them removed eventually.
“I’m trying to talk her out of it because, and the reason why I’m getting them out, is I didn’t know how toxic [they are] when I was 19,” Denise added. “And it’s not an easy surgery. It’s painful!” However, it looks like Sami is recovering just fine and getting a lot of attention for her new look on social media.
Sami Sheen Gets Mixed Reactions Over Her New Look
Sami first showed off her new chest with a few photos at Killer Noodle Tsujita. She shared a few photos of her in a white crop top and denim jeans, showing off her new assets underneath a camo-print jacket that was following off of her shoulders. Fans had a lot of mixed reactions to her post, with some praising the look and others asking why she felt she needed to have it done.
“You’ll still have to get them redone every ten years or so cause implants don’t last forever. Also, be aware of breast implant illness. My friend got her breasts done and her body rejected them and had to take them out,” one user commented. “I’ve had my implants for 20+ years with no problems,” another follower clapped back leading to a lengthy debate in the comments. “You are right. I got mine a year ago and did a lot of homework, and nowadays you do not have to replace them every 10 years,” another follower shared.
Charlie Sheen Now Supports His Daughter’s OnlyFans Career
Although Charlie Sheen was not supportive of Sami’s OnlyFans career at first, it looks like he has changed his tune. In a November 2023 episode of the ‘Just B’ podcast, as transcribed by Page Six, Denise Richards told host Bethenny Frankel that the “Platoon” actor changed his tune after he saw how much money Sami was bringing in.
“He changed his tune when she bought a Mercedes and moved into a house,” Denise said, recalling that “When she first did OnlyFans, he was not happy.” She went on to say how Sami “did not appreciate” how “public” his comments about his disapproval were.
Earlier this year, the actor told Bustle: “I had a knee-jerk reaction to it because of the reputation that preceded it,” adding, “I was just like, ‘Oh, this can only go bad.’” However, it seems that he has since changed his mind.
“She’s doing this and it can only be a much more successful and pleasant experience with the support of myself, her mom, and others,” he explained. “I have to have confidence and just know in my heart that all of her virtues and all the wonderfulness that makes her, her, come with her.”
