The trend involves fans sending influencers a specific date, and then the content creator must share a picture of video from their camera roll, from that date.

The mum-of-two shared a series of snaps and clips of her sons, her alpacas, and her home.

When the 34-year-old was asked about 2016, the cleanfluencer shared a picture of her and her mother, just before Sophie and her husband Jamie bought their first home.

She beamed: “Me and my mum. Went to see the house at every stage we could whilst it was being built brick by brick.

“Me and Jamie moved in with my parents for four months to be able to save the last £3k we needed to reach £16k.

“Which was the deposit amount we needed to buy (we used the help to buy scheme) and I’l never forget the happiness we felt.”

The cleaning fan, who counts Stacey Solomon as one of her besties, then revealed that back in July 2016, she and her husband Jamie, along with their dog Henry, moved into their home.

She penned: “And then July 2016 we moved in with £11 in our bank until our next pay day, so we ordered a kebab and ate it in the garden. Just me, Jamie and Henry.

“And little did I know that creating an Instagram page to document this very house would turn into my Mrs Hinch journey.

“I can’t even put it into words.

Mrs Hinch admits even she has days off as it’s the first time she’s made her bed for a WEEK

“This is where everything started and I’ll never, EVER forget it.”

Sophie rose to fame in 2018, just two years after moving into her first house.

It was then that she garnered millions of followers who fell in love with her down-to-earth Instagram stories where she shared cleaning tips, B&M hauls, home advice and updates from her everyday life with children Ronnie and Lennie, and husband Jamie

The cleanfluencer has since launched a book, activity journal and a memoir that launched in October 2020.

Not only this, but she now has 4.8 million followers on Instagram.

What is Mrs Hinch’s net worth?

The Mrs Hinch account makes Sophie the second best paid cleaning influencer in the world.

Research has revealed Mrs Hinch rakes in an average of £5,900 each time she posts on social media, to her 4.8 million followers.

The much-loved “cleanfluencer” is thought to be worth an estimated £1 million, according to End of Tenancy Cleaning London.

The mum of two is second only to Japanese cleaning enthusiast Marie Kondo, who reportedly earns £6,800 per post after gaining world-wide fame following her Netflix show.

Sophie has other string to her bow, including her book Hinch Yourself Happy which sold 160,000 copies in the UK in just three days, and topped Amazon’s best-seller list.

Her follow-up book, Mrs Hinch: The Activity Journal, came before she released her Sunday Times No. 1 Best Seller memoir in October 2020: “This is Me”.

Back in 2021, Sophie and her family moved into a stunning five-bedroom Essex farmhouse, Hinch Farm, and have spent the past few years redecorating the mansion.

The social media star, who gave birth to her oldest son Ronnie in June 2019 and her second son Lennie, in May 2021, has shared the process of transforming and cleaning her home online.

Her pristine home interiors are often heralded as “home goals” by her “Hinch Army” of like-minded cleaning obsessives, who love her cleaning hacks, too.
