Olivia Dunne, the cover model of this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, shared a behind-the-scenes video from the photoshoot. Dunne did her shoot this year in Bermuda, where she was photographed by Ben Watts.
Last week, Olivia Dunne was living it up in New York City to celebrate the release of the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, as she was spotted at the New York Mets vs. Pittsburgh Pirates game with a small army of blonde models early in the week, and was then seen partying with 50 Cent at the SI Swimsuit party later in the week.
To celebrate the publication of the magazine, Dunne shared a behind-the-scenes video of her adventures in Bermuda, which features her trying on the various bikinis she wore in the photoshoot.
“People like to discredit what I do because of the way I look,” Dunne said in her SI Swimsuit interview. “But if you take a deeper dive there’s so much more.”
“I think that my audience could feel that authenticity because it was something I was doing before the rule change. This was years in the making. It didn’t come to me easily, and I think that’s a big misconception,” she said of her social media presence.
Dunne’s boyfriend, Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes, is unfortunately having a difficult start to his 2025 season. Not because of his performance, however, but because of his team. On Sunday against the Philadelphia Phillies, he threw the first complete game of his career — tossing 8.0 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 9 S — and still lost the game by a score of 1-0.
As for Dunne, who has over 5 million followers on Instagram, she retired from college gymnastics at the Louisiana State University earlier this spring and has since become a full-time model and influencer.
