KIM Kardashian is setting a whole new standard in childcare – splashing millions on a fleet of nannies for her four kids.
The reality TV superstar, 44, has a squad of dedicated men and women who help raise North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm, with Kim heading up the military-style operation.
Insiders tell The Sun each nanny is assigned a brief on her child’s needs and Kim is staffed seven days a week – night and day.
There’s a strict regime in place for her little ones, so they never go without support while she juggles her billion-dollar empire.
A night nanny hoovers up the slog of parenting – arranging everything for Kim’s brood for the mornings like their learning supplies, football kits, and games while being on call in case anyone wakes up in the night.
Then the other nannies start at 6am on the dot and work 12-hour shifts.

They get one day off a week and are expected to travel with their allocated child – including when the kids visit dad Kanye West.
An insider revealed: “If one of the kids is going to Kanye say like North, it tends to cause a little chaos as Kim has around three trusted ones that she will send.
“So then if two of the kids go, it’s even more chaos – which is why she’s got a team of about 10 nannies.
“But then layer on the tutors, art teacher, dance and music teachers, the kids’ stylists, creative play, and the house is often full of people there in service of the children – but all of that takes place in one dedicated wing of the house.”
It’s a well oiled machine complete with a staffing structure – a Chief of Staff for the whole estate, and also a head nanny whose role is to manage the nanny fleet and liaise with a separate household team on the children’s meals and activities.
Kim’s nannies take care of meals, clothing, laundry, security, drivers, and each of the kids’ schedules – which includes time for seeing their dad and extracurricular activities.
KIM’S GUARDIANS
Kim’s preteen, North, is now a Hollywood star in her own right, and has a nanny who is more like a personal assistant nowadays, and who also acts as a mentor and a tutor wrapped into one.
Meanwhile nine-year-old Saint has a male nanny who is nurturing his interest in sports.
Chicago, seven, has a younger, sweet natured woman dedicated to her, and since Chi is quite shy her nanny’s focus is to build up the little girl’s confidence.
Psalm also has a male nanny, but since he’s only five he often tags along with Chi or Saint.
It’s a system that works for Kim who was raised by nannies alongside her equally famous sisters.
The source added: “They were themselves raised by nannies, as Kris was very much living her busy life.
“Yes she was there, flitting in and out, barking orders, keeping a tight run of the ship, but it was always the nannies that did the hard graft of managing the kids and house and the details. “
The job pays six figures but it requires a huge amount of commitment.
The source said: “A few of the nannies live-in during the week.
“The full-time nannies are all on about $100,000 or more a year.
“Nannies who have been there 18 months or more – and are liked by the kids get a payrise.”
However, insiders reveal Kim is not the highest payer in Hollywood as a nanny’s salary can soar to $250,000.
In a recent episode of The Kardashians, the mom-of-four opened up about becoming a solo parent after her split from Kanye, and hiring a male nanny to spend time with son Saint.
She admitted she was terrified of Kanye’s reaction.
“It’s really hard for me to be really strict and to discipline a lot, she said.
“My parents weren’t strict at all and sometimes because I’m really busy, it would be amazing if I had a partner who would tap me out and take over and handle it but, you know, it can’t happen like that.”
“I do think that my household and even our family is very female-dominated.
“I recently hired a manny. I really wanted a male around that would be picking them up and taking them to sports, and I was scared out of my mind to tell their dad that.”
