Who is Mackenzie McKee from Teen Mom?
Mackenzie McKee, born October 17, 1994, hails from Miami, Oklahoma.
She currently stars as part of the cast of MTV‘s Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.
The reality star shot to fame after starring on the network’s series 16 and Pregnant in 2011.
She later joined Teen Mom OG after Bristol Palin left the show in 2019.
In 2013, she married Josh McKee, and the pair share three children: Gannon, Jaxie, and Broncs.
In 2020, Mackenzie admitted that she cheated on her husband Josh, and had an affair that went on for six months.
She also accused Josh of having an “emotional” affair with her cousin just weeks after her mom, Angie Douthit, died of brain cancer.

The two officially split in 2022 after nine years of marriage and Mackenzie filed for divorce later that year.
Their divorce was finalized in May 2024, with both parents agreeing to split custody of their three children.
In July 2022, Mackenzie revealed on social media that she was back in the dating pool.

Who is Mackenzie McKee’s fiancé, Khesanio Hall?
The Teen Mom star went public with her new relationship with soccer player Khesanio Hall, in December 2022.
According to InTouch Weekly, Khesanio Hall is a youth soccer coach at St. Peter Raiders Soccer Club.
He’s also a head soccer coach at a St. Petersburg high school in Florida.
The couple celebrated their first anniversary in 2023.
Mackenzie has shared glimpses into her relationship with Khesanio and has posted several photos on Instagram.
On May 29, 2024, Mackenzie revealed that the two were engaged. She shared photos of the beach proposal on social media.
