TEEN Mom alum Mackenzie McKee has announced that she and her longtime boyfriend Khesanio Hall are engaged.
The mom-of-three shared the first photos of her and her boyfriend together in January 2023.

Mackenzie, 29, shared the exciting news on social media on Wednesday.
She posted a carousel of photos from the moment Khesanio got down on one knee.
In the first photo, the former MTV personality is seen standing with her hands up near her mouth in shock.
Behind her is an elaborate set-up complete with a beach tent, a small table, photos of important people in their lives, and dozens of roses.
Khesanio is seen kneeling in front of her with a ring in his hands.
Mackenzie is wearing linen trousers and a dark pink crop top.
Her future husband, meanwhile, donned khaki shorts and a brown polo-style shirt.
The second snap in the bunch shows Mackenzie covering her mouth in shock.
In a third pic, her soccer star fiancé is shown holding her in his arms.
Mackenzie has her legs wrapped around him.
The final photo in the bunch shows a champagne celebration.
The future Mr and Mrs are seen spraying foamy booze into the air while smiling from ear to ear.
BESTIES FOR LIFE
In her caption, the 16 and Pregnant alum gushed about Khesanio.
She referred to the athlete, who she’s been dating for over a year, as her “best friend.”
“I can not believe I get to marry the most amazing human on earth!” she began.

In the comments, fans celebrated the happy news along with the reality TV star.
“Your mom would be so happy you found someone who loves you the way you deserve! And loves your kiddos as well,” one fan gushed.
“Your mom is definitely smiling down on you two,” a second supporter assured Mackenzie.
“The picture of your mom in the background brought tears to my eyes…. Congratulations beautiful!” a third commenter wrote.
Mackenzie’s mother, Angie Douthit, died in December 2019 after battling cancer.
The MTV star documented her grief in the wake of her mom’s passing on Teen Mom.
Other commenters demanded, ” Show us the ring!”
Some, however, simply took a moment to congratulate Mackenzie and her man.
“Yes girl this is the happiest I’ve ever seen you!! You deserve this so much congrats,” one fan wrote.
Mackenzie has been married once before.
DADDY DRAMA
She and Josh McKee, her high school sweetheart, tied the knot in 2013.
They share kids Gannon, Jaxie, and Broncs McKee.
They officially ended their relationship in 2022 after years of ups and downs.
In 2020, Mackenzie accused her husband of having an affair with one of her family members.
“One week after my mom died, when he started leaving and changing his behavior, [I] find he was texting a woman 3-600 times per month and calling her,” she shared in a lengthy Facebook post.
“I got to call the number and it was my close cousin Ashley. My family will never be the same and we are all torn. I WAS NOT only hurt by him, but by her.
“I’m now opening my eyes to what a horrible man Josh has been. He has been a lie…but today is the day I walk away.”
They reunited a few months later to spend the holidays together.
In 2022, however, Mackenzie and Josh announced that they were done for good.
They had been married for nine years.
