Kylie Jenner on Giving Birth to Second Child: Postpartum Has Not Been Easy

Just a little over a month after giving birth to her second child with Travis Scott, Kylie Jenner hopped on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to open up about her mental, physical, and spiritual health.

“I just want to say to all my postpartum moms, that postpartum has not been easy. It’s not been easy, it’s very hard,” she said. “This experience for me personally has been a little harder than with my daughter. It’s not easy mentally, physically, spiritually.”

Kylie added, “I didn’t want to just get back to life without saying that because I think we can look on the Internet and for other moms going through it right now, we can go on the Internet and it might look a lot easier for other people and, like, the pressure on us, but it hasn’t been easy for me.”

Despite the difficulties she’s been facing, Jenner said that she was feeling a bit better.

“It’s been hard. And I just wanted to say that. I didn’t even think I’d make it to this work out today, but I’m here and I’m feeling better, so you’ve got this,” she said.

Kylie revealed she was expecting her second child with Scott back in September via an Instagram video. She previously told Harper’s BAZAAR in 2020 that she was open to seeing their 4-year-old daughter Stormi have a younger sibling.

“We have such a great relationship,” Jenner said of Scott in the interview. “We’re like best friends. We both love Stormi and want what’s best for her. We stay connected and coordinated. I think about [my parents] in situations with Stormi, what they would do. They were very hands-on with me, and I want the same for Stormi.”
