REALITY star Jessa Duggar shocked fans by working out in a skintight top and shorts despite her Christian family’s strict dress code.
The 31-year-old’s parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have always imposed modesty rules preventing their daughters from baring their shoulders, arms, and legs.

They are members of the Insititute in Basic Life Principles (IBLP), an ultra-conservative Christian organization.
Jessa flouted their restrictions while revealing how she has lost her baby weight in a video on her YouTube channel earlier this week.
The former Counting On star welcomed her fifth child, son George, in December 2023.
She explained in the video that she has been shedding the pregnancy pounds by working out for 30 minutes a day six times a week in her bedroom.
Jessa wore a tight white tank top teamed with skintight black shorts while filming her morning exercise routine.
The mother of five did squats, trained with dumbbells, and did donkey kicks while her seven-month-old son played in a baby swing in front of her.
“For me in this season of life going to the gym is not very practical, it’s much easier for me to work out at home,” she explained in the clip.
She started off by working out for 10 to 15 minutes a day for several weeks before gradually increasing that to 20 minutes a day.
“I feel like it’s a mentality shift for me,” Jessa said.
“I don’t think working out is something that a lot of people are born loving to do, I think it’s something that you grow into.
“I will say it’s such a part of my routine that I do enjoy it. I feel stronger, I feel like I have more energy throughout the day.
“I’m not so dependent on caffeine. Also, clothes fit better, so that’s just a bonus.”
A Duggar fan shared Jessa’s video on Reddit, writing, “I’m kinda floored right now that Jessa is posting exposed shoulders and legs.
“She’s been stubbornly IBLP abiding well into her adult years.”
