Influencer Taylor Dilk in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Ways I've Changed"

Influencer and fitness enthusiast Taylor Dilk is known for sharing her journey towards maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle, even after becoming a mom. In a recent Instagram post, Dilk donned her stylish two-piece workout gear while reflecting on how motherhood has shifted her priorities. She emphasizes the importance of self-care, not just through physical fitness but also by being present in the moment and appreciating life’s simple joys. From meal prepping to incorporating protein-rich foods, she ensures her diet is on track, while her fitness routine includes everything from squats to yoga. Dilk’s message is clear: finding balance between family, self-care, and health is key to being the best version of yourself.

Wearing black workout shorts, a black tube top, and a cropped denim jacket with a baseball cap, Dilk shared how she’s changed since becoming a mom. “I’ve been forced to slow down and within that it’s like I see the beauty in life all over again. The little caterpillar we play with on the patio or counting every plane that flys by,” she wrote. Another way Dilk said she changed is that she learned to be “content in the present moment.” She wrote, “Little moments can pass by so fast if we are always striving for the next big thing. Learning how to embrace the right now because life is truly so beautiful.”

Making time for yourself can be hard when you have a baby, but Dilk makes an effort to practice self-care by meal prepping. “Any other mamas out there know that when you have kids… life can get pretty crazy and sometimes it’s hard to put yourself first and ensure you’re eating nutrient dense foods!!,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “What I always try and remember is that by fueling my body the best I can, will in turn help me become my best self which ultimately leads to becoming the best mommy you can be! One thing I have found super helpful to keep me consistent is meal prepping a protein, veggie and carb and the start of each week. She added, “This way, when life gets crazy, I can quickly reheat that, add a little bit of sauce and a quick carb, and I am good to go! So if you are struggling to find the time to make yourself a meal, I would definitely recommend meal prepping to help you stay on track!! You got this mama!!”

Besides taking time to meal prep and eat healthy, Dilk also squeezes in a workout in her home gym during the day. To focus on her “booty” she does a lot of squats and detailed her routine in an Instagram video.

Besides hitting the gym hard and focusing on total body workouts with weights and cardio, Dilk does yoga. “Recently I’ve been working really hard to listen to my body, and on days where I need to just slow down a bit yoga has been such a great way to show my body some love 🙌🏼.”
