A WOMAN has revealed that she lives in a council house, but earnt a whopping £17,000 last month.

Whitney Ainscough, 30, a self-proclaimed ‘bad mum’ who lives on a council estate in Rotherham, exclusively told Fabulous that despite being on Universal Credit just seven months ago, she now earns thousands of pounds every month thanks to creating content on TikTok.

The mother, who has three children – Cora, 11, Addison, five, and Adley, two, with partner, Joel Christopher, 32 – told Fabulous that she previously had a good job in a pharmacy until she returned from her daughter Adley’s maternity leave in May 2022.

But with having to pay nursery fees and wraparound childcare costs, Whitney couldn’t afford to go back to work.

As a result, the mum-of-three claimed that she went on benefits and claimed £1,200 per month. She also shared that she didn’t pay council tax and her rent was £400.

Despite this, Whitney, who recently jetted off to Turkey for a gastric sleeve, previously told Fabulous that she came off benefits at the end of August.

She explained: “I’m not fleecing the taxpayer, something I have been accused of by followers on TikTok. I am not committing benefit fraud.

“I was legally entitled to Universal Credit and I’ve paid into the system for many years.

“And after on one occasion making more than £2,000 in a week through my TikTok videos, I’ve now come off benefits and make an average of £800 a week.

“My priorities might be different to other people’s, but so what?

“I don’t judge how other people parent their children, so they shouldn’t judge how I parent mine.”

Although back in September the mother confessed to making an average of £800 a week thanks to her influencer videos, she has now revealed to Fabulous that last month she raked in a jaw-dropping £17,000.

But Whitney’s videos often leave many divided. In one clip shared on TikTok, we saw Whitney pose with her friend, Lily Dee, who is also known as the Council Estate Queen, outside a Wetherspoons.

The two women, who have made a variety of videos outside a Job Centre, joked around, as Whitney penned: “When you get on [a] Spoons sesh on a school day!”

In the short video, we saw the two women sit outside the pub, as they danced around and pretended to drink cocktails.

Whitney carried a Poundland bag and wore a pair of Crocs, whilst her bestie was dressed in a bright blue tracksuit.

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @itsmebadmom, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up a whopping 115,200 views.

But social media users were left totally divided by the clip – while some found it hilarious, others weren’t so kind.

One user penned: “You crack me up.”

A second chimed in: “Love a lunchtime spoons sesh while the kids are at school.”

Whilst someone else beamed: “My kind of girls.”

However, at the same time, mean trolls were out in full force.

One person said: “And when TikTok goes t**s up, back on Universal Credit.”

To this, Whitney clapped back and simply joked: “Yes.”

Another added: “Just awful.”

A third commented: “No class.”
