Canalis revealed some of her wellness secrets to Grazia. One thing she talked about was her diet. “I don’t like vegetables in general and I have always struggled to eat them,” she admits. However, Canalis says that she has a trick to incorporate veggies in her diet. “I save myself with centrifuged.”

Canalis admits to Grazia that she doesn’t like dieting. She says that she focusing on being active instead. “I am not able to diet, so I do a lot of sports,” she says. “So I don’t have to give up sweets and chocolate!”

Canalis revealed some of her go-to healthy meals to Grazia. She says that she loves rice with a protein. “At the base of my diet there is Thai or Basmati rice,” she says. “Better if I dress it with extra virgin olive oil, or if I cook it with chicken or shrimp.”
Canalis has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed some of her steps to Grazia. “For the face, I use the scrub three times a week after removing my make-up. Then I pass an astringent toner and finally a night cream.”
Canalis is a big fan of Pilates. She says that she even took classes while she was pregnant. “What I like is that Pilates really defines the muscles,” Canalis tells People. “I don’t do pregnancy classes. I take regular advanced classes!”
