JOY-ANNA Duggar has been blasted for using a seemingly dangerous product on her seven-month-old child, Gunner.
The Counting On alum took to her Instagram Stories and posted a sweet photo of her infant son.
In the Story, Joy-Anna, 26, took a snapshot of Gunner lying on his baby lounger from Snuggle Me.
Gunner looked directly at the camera while wearing a black onesie.
The former TLC star captioned the post: “This lounger is one of my top 10 recommended baby products.
“I love it!”
In an online thread, however, critics slammed the ex reality star’s supposed lack of parenting skills after using an unsafe product.
One person raged: “Not necessary and not safe. Nobody is monitoring their baby every single minute while they’re asleep.
“People do use them for sleeping and babies have died.”
Another ranted: “What is this even for? It’s not considered safe for sleeping, and the baby would outgrow it fast.

“This looks like a suffocation hazard.”
“These things are so dangerous. I loathe how they’re on every influencer feed all the time,” a user reacted.
A fourth critic asked: “Why not use a crib or a bassinet?”
A commentated wrote: “Why is it dangerous? For those who haven’t had kids yet, positional asphyxiation, suffocation, and a risk of falling if it’s on a couch or bed.”
This positioner is “generally safe when your baby is awake, but you should never let your infant sleep in a baby lounger,” according to WebMD.
In November 2022, several products were recalled after reports of infants dying while falling asleep in the loungers.
CAMPING TRIP CHAOS
This is not the only time critics became riled up over Joy’s treatment of Gunner.
In late October, the former 19 Kids and Counting star posted several new photos on her social feed from her camping trip.
For the weekend trip, Joy and her husband Austin Forsyth, 29, brought their three children: Gideon, five, Evelyn, three, and Gunner.
The star shared many adorable photos of her kids getting dirty and doing activities in the woods.
She also shared a sweet picture of herself and her hubby as they held their baby boy, Gunner, in front of a clear lake.
The couple paired their pants and long-sleeved shirts to keep themselves warm in the autumn weather.
Gunner sported a blue long-sleeve onesie while his legs, feet, and head were vulnerable to the weather.
Fans shared their criticism after pointing out Gunner was not dressed appropriately for the weather or his age.
A few believed babies should be bundled up in the cooler months in order to retain their heat.
A commentator claimed Gunner should have been wearing pants and chimed: “You’re bundled up, but the baby is exposed? Doesn’t make much sense now, does it?”
