Numerous people with ties to the United States government have claimed that the Pentagon has been running secret programs tasked with retrieving UFOs and aliens.

None of them, of course, have ever been able to prove with 100 percent certainty that they exist, but there have been some pretty knowledgeable and high-ranking people behind those claims.

Among those who have come forward over the past few years about what the U.S. government has been hiding when it comes to UFOs are former director of the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, Jay Stratton; veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), David Grusch; investigator for the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), Luis Elizondo; Eric W. Davis, an astrophysicist who worked as a subcontractor and then a consultant for the Pentagon UFO program; Harald Malmgren, who served as a senior adviser under four Presidents; and the late former Democratic majority leader in the Senate, Harry Reid.

Now, a new report by the Daily Mail adds another layer of intrigue with even more whistleblower testimony.

According to these whistleblowers, there has been a secret Pentagon UFO data retrieval program that has been hidden from Congressional oversight since 2017.

Codenamed “Immaculate Constellation,” the directive of the program is to “detect” and “quarantine” the military’s best UFO imagery, as well as its best videos, eyewitness testimonies and electronic sensor evidence.

This trove of high quality, multi-sensor UFO data is so tightly held that ‘talking about it will put you in the danger zone,’ according to a US official who confirmed the leak.

The quite literally ‘above top secret’ program allegedly sprang into action in the wake of the 2017 leak of three, still-as-yet unexplained US Navy infrared UFO videos.

If true, this program will have been operating outside the law as any type of Special Access Program, or SAP, must be disclosed. According to the whistleblowers, the secret Pentagon UFO data retrieval program is what is known, according to the source, as an “Unacknowledged Special Access Program,” or USAP.

This would help explain why a Pentagon spokesperson denied the existence of the program, claiming, “The Department of Defense has no record, present or historical, of any type of SAP [Special Access Program] called ‘Immaculate Constellation.’”

“The Executive Branch has been managing UAP/NHI issues without Congressional knowledge, oversight, or authorization for some time, quite possibly decades,” the whistleblower wrote in a report they say was presented to Congress and shared with the website Public.

A second whistleblower added that this UFO data retrieval program “is run out of SEC DEF [Office of the Secretary of Defense].”

Last year, Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett accused the United States government of a “huge cover-up” when it comes to revealing what it knows about UFOs and aliens.

In 2020, former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid admitted that he spearheaded two programs funded by a Congressional “black budget” and were run through a company called Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies, which worked alongside the Pentagon.
