JENNIFER Aniston has shown off her incredible figure while sharing a recent workout session with her trainer.
The Friends star has kept up with her physique by using her favorite low-impact fitness method, Pvolve, which she often promotes online.

Most recently, Jennifer, 55, impressed fans by showing off her toned figure in a sports bra and leggings for a workout.
The Morning Show actress shared Instagram Story videos doing various exercises, including side planks, leg lifts, and squats.
The actress flaunted her lean arms and defined abs as she focused and broke a sweat during the intense training.
Her dogs even joined Jen for some moments, whom she called her “Pvolve emotional support cheerleaders.”

The Murder Mystery star added some small exercise equipment, such as small dumbbells and workout bands, to increase the difficulty.
She also made sure to tag Dani Coleman, a head trainer at Pvolve, in one of her posts.
Pvolve combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment.
The actress has continuously promoted Pvolve over the past year and even participated in a challenge with the brand earlier this year.
JEN’S SECRETS
In an interview with Prevention in May, Jen opened up about the importance of her current fitness routine.
“I think I used to think ‘I have to work out every day,’” she told the outlet.
“I think it’s good to do something every single day, even if it’s just stretching, moving your body in some form, taking a walk, but a really good workout? Three to five times a week for me.”
She also offered advice to those who struggle to get into the mindset of working out, suggesting they try it for “just five minutes.”
“I’m not a fitness guru. But that’s how I do it, if I’m really feeling unmotivated, say, ‘Just move at least for five minutes’ and then see where you could go,” she explained.

Earlier this summer, the Hollywood star began making major changes to her home in Montecito, a town northeast of Santa Barbara.

Jen originally purchased the home from Oprah Winfrey for $14.8 million in 2022.
Updated aerial shots of the property showed the progress of its construction.
The backyard was still covered completely in dirt, and the inground pool was still being built.
However, a new balcony on the second floor appeared to be under construction, with stairs leading to the backyard.
Much of the large mansion was the same, including the exterior colors of blue, white, and red roofing.
