The U.S. Sun has learned that the monthly cost to rent the space is $4,200 per month.

Although listed on the real estate listing, this amount has not been confirmed to be the exact amount Kaity and Zach are paying each month.

In addition, there are tall ceilings, hardwood floors, and lots of natural lighting throughout.

LOVE STORY

During one of Zach’s one-on-one dates with his now-fiancée, he ironically helped her build furniture for her new apartment in Austin.

The travel nurse, who grew up in Kingston, Ontario, moved to Texas after accepting a job in San Antonio.

Zach, an Orange County native, also lived in an apartment in Austin for his job as a tech executive.

Over the summer, the couple became “officially roommates.”

The Bachelor winner posted photos inside their apartment at the time, in which Zach commented, “She’s an incredible interior designer.”

After settling into their new home a few months later, they are now focused on their 2025 wedding.

During a December podcast, Kaity answered a question about where the two are going to get married.

She spilled: “Our dream wedding would be Turks and Caicos on the beach. 2025, probably May weather.”

Zach added: “Ideally when we put pen to paper, we want to do a destination wedding.

“Very small, very intimate, close family and friends, but make it fun for everyone.

“We want to go somewhere cool and leave it at that. Make it a vacation for everyone.”

The couple recently made an appearance together at Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist‘s wedding in California.
