Hall has over 15 million fans combined on Instagram, TikTok and You Tube.

He is a fitness enthusiast who provides fans with workout and meal tips.

A clip Hall posted of his morning routine last November went viral.

And so too did his dream of playing in the NFL one day.

In an interview from 2022 with Ritz Herald, he revealed the mental toll of coming to terms with his dreams failing.

“I was feeling quite depressed,” Hall said. “Being in the NFL was all I could think about.

“I, however, stopped working out for maybe a year or two after that.

“Then, to cut a long story short, I went to see some of my homeboys who cracked some jokes on my weight and physique at the time, so I began searching for some photos.

“I thought, “Man, I’ve got to keep going” after that.

“I simply continued working hard. I felt the need to share how I did it with people after I had returned to the physical condition I had, you know, aspired to achieve.”

Who is Ashton Hall and what is the influencer and former NFL player’s 4am morning routine?

Hall’s stats in college football were unearthed by fans.

He played for Alcorn in 2014 and 2015 as a running back.

In three games during the 2015 season, he managed just six rushing attempts for eight yards.

Hall focused his attention on becoming a fitness influencer after his NFL dream died.

And he describes his morning routine as changing his life.

It begins at 3.50 am and leads up to a gym session at 7.30 am.

“Sin lives late at night,” he wrotie.

“If you’re dealing with a weak mind, bad decisions, or lack of productivity go to sleep early.

“4:00am – 8:00am no one’s calling or distracting your productivity – they are sleep.

“8:00pm – 12:00am is the opposite.

“Just try 30 days, send this to your partners. It’s time to do better.”
