Venita Aspen and Madison LeCroy are heating up Jamaica in their swimsuits. In a new video shared to social media, the Southern Charm beauties have fun in the sun while vacationing on the tropical island. “Jamaica Pt. 2,” Venita captioned the Instagram post. “Video description: Venita and her friends on a beach trip in Jamaica!” Her followers went wild. “You’re absolutely gorgeous girl,” one of them commented. “You look SO good girl!” added another. Venita maintains that “drinking lots of water” is the key to her gorgeous skin. “Trust me; it works!” she told Charleston Magazine. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Venita promotes getting your zen on. “I take yoga at Still Soul Studio,” she told Charleston Magazine. Harvard Health agrees. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Venita is all about juice. “Food-wise, drinking at least two Eternal Juices a day keeps me balanced,” she told the publication. Her favorite juice involves watermelon. “Just because you don’t have a juicer doesn’t mean you still can’t make fresh juice at home! ​​I made a very simple Watermelon + Lime Juice with a few easy steps,” sharing a recipe with her followers.

Venita does strength training at Exemplar Fitness. She also takes HIIT classes at Fit Culture, she told Charleston Magazine. Why are HIIT workouts so effective? According to research they help with body fat reduction, improve cardiovascular function, and boost mental health. The short but intense workout is also time effective.

It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
