In a video posted to her Instagram page, the “Twitches” actress looked peaceful as she sat on a low bench outside her window. She was dressed in a short white dress with a belt made from the same fabric tied around her waist.

The short outfit ensured that her long-toned and flawless legs and ankle chains were displayed as she wore beige-colored stiletto heels. The “Detention” star wore her signature gold hoops as she held on to a pot filled with beautiful wildflowers of different colors.

While serving poses and smelling the flowers, she kept her makeup simple except for her smokey eye. “POV: you chased your peace, happiness, and joy” was written above her as part of the audio from Snoop Dogg’s award acceptance speech, where he thanked himself, played in the background. Mowry’s caption partly read:

“I’m thankful for God. I’m thankful for my friends and family who lift me up and for my community and all the strong women who are growing and evolving with me.”

The “Are You Afraid Of The Dark” guest star urged her followers to get themselves some flowers as well because they deserve it as she ended the uplifting message with “Happy Thanksgiving! 🙏🦋❤️.”

Comments from her followers included some thanking her for inspiring and motivating them. One person wrote, “it’s the Pov and caption for me,” and another referred to her message as “Ingredients of life.”

There is no doubt that there has been a glow to the mother-of-two since breaking up with her ex-husband. Luckily for her fans, the “Baggage Claim” star revealed some of her tips on how she maintains her glow, per The Blast.

After talking about how fast the end of the year seemed to be moving, especially since it was just Halloween, she got into the gist of how she intended to maintain her self-care practice throughout the holiday season.

The “Strong Medicine” guest actress noted that although she loved spending quality time with family, she had to show up for herself too in order to show up for the loved ones around her.

The first tip was “mindful movement,” which entailed taking walks around the neighborhood and meditating for ten minutes each morning and at night in the absence of her weights. “also praying and, of course, my long baths are also important.” The 44-year-old also mentioned:

“Carving out at least 30 minutes of me-time throughout the day helps me feel grounded and at peace, which is something I can lean into.”

The “America’s Next Top Model” guest star said it was important because it helped her maintain a sense of routine. The “Hollywood Horror” star concluded the video by throwing the question back at her audience, asking them to tell her how they planned on including self-care during the season.

“The “Bratz Go to Paris: The Movie” voice actress left fans in shock after announcing that her long-time marriage had ended. The Blast shared that since then, the star chose to see the positive side and take it as a learning curve.

During an Interview on an episode of “Today with Hoda & Jenna,” the “Instant Mom” star mentioned that she did not consider it a failure but rather a success, in her words, “I look at it as like a curriculum when you’re in college or high school. You’re learning; you’re growing; you’re evolving; you’re creating.”

Mowry noted she got her beautiful children from the marriage, adding, “at the end of that curriculum, there’s a graduation, there’s a celebration. So that’s basically how I’m looking at it now.”

She mentioned that people should ask more critical questions like “Are they thriving? are they happy? Are they growing?” instead of equating marital success with longevity. The “Twitches Too” star said it was more crucial to her to be happy than to stay because life was too short.
