Million Dollar Listing Star Tracy Tutor in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says “Rise and Shine”

Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor works hard for her glittering career—and for her rock-hard physique, even during the holidays. Tutor, 48, shared a video of herself exercising on a mat in a dark blue two-piece workout outfit, using a Pilates ball. “Rise and shine, everyone! 💪 Just got in one more morning workout to kickstart this Thanksgiving day! Now, I’m ready to dive into all those all that turkey and Mac and cheese and whatever my girls are baking 😋 Wishing you and your loved ones a Thanksgiving filled with warmth, gratitude, and unforgettable moments,” she captioned the post. Tutor’s work ethic is the stuff of legend—here’s how she does it.

Tutor enjoys Pvolve functional fitness resistance workouts. “Due to my rigorous weight training regimen, spending five days a week at the gym, my body has experienced some wear and tear,” she tells Pvolve.com. “Incorporating the Pvolve Method, which, in my opinion, emphasizes various muscle groups, has allowed me to recover my larger muscle groups while simultaneously engaging different muscle groups that won’t pose a risk of injury. I follow numerous fitness influencers online and came across Pvolve on social media. Seeing Jennifer Aniston, who has always been an icon to me, and recognizing the shape she has been able to maintain was inspiring, so I decided to give it a try.”

Tutor has certain products she swears by for beautiful skin. “I take skincare pretty seriously,” she tells Camille Styles. “My mom is 76 and looks amazing, so I’m thankful to have gotten her good genes, but I also lean heavily on good products. Once every couple of years I get a laser treatment, but I focus more on the consistency of my daily routine: moisturizing masks, serums, under-eye care, and products to even out my skin tone. Vitamin C is key to preventing and fading brown spots. I wash my face with Dr. Lancer face wash. Then I spritz with Epicurean Discovery Protein Mist Enzyme Spray. I follow it up with Barbara Sturm’s Hyaluronic Serum and Dr. Lancer’s Daily Moisturizer. And SPF always: I like Barbara Sturm’s Sunscreen.”

Tutor’s advice for anyone wanting to live in the moment is simply to take a walk with a friend. “This morning, I hiked for an hour with a girl friend, and it put me in a calmer and more positive state of mind all day,” she tells Camille Styles. “We weren’t on our phones, and it was refreshing. Because of what I do for a living, people are calling me from 6am – 10pm… if I don’t consciously step away, I never have an opportunity to clear my head and get where I need to for the day. When I do have a break, I have to make the most of it and really sink in.”

Tutor has good advice for other women who want to get into real estate. “Make sure that you understand it’s not a flexible industry,” she tells The Local Moms Network. “You make your own hours but my hours are 7 am to 10 pm on some days. It can be unstable. You have to be able to weather the storm. And you have to make sure it’s something you’re passionate about. Not real estate – passionate about selling. I would make sure you have some reserves and savings. And start as an assistant or join a team so you have the ability to have people around you who are already doing business so you can be involved.

Tutor got into real estate in her early 20s and never looked back. “I can remember early in my career making a six-figure salary,” she tells The Local Moms Network. “I was like, I’m 25-years-old and halfway through the year—and I thought, this real estate thing is working out. I felt like I could take care of myself. I was an actor that realized I didn’t want to spend my life auditioning for a part. I got into real estate on a wing and a prayer. For me I have stayed on this path because I’ve been able to be financially independent. Being a women in business has been difficult – most of my male peers had the success earlier. Maybe because they didn’t have kids, or because I’m a female in business. Now, with the show, I have a voice for women in business and women in general.”
