On March 8, Jen celebrated International Women’s Day with a photo of her standing with her arms crossed over her chest in a tropical paradise. She is wearing white bikini bottoms, but fans can’t take her eyes off of the two starfish that are over her chest, serving as her bikini top. Jen hid her eyes behind her sunglasses for this photo, wearing her long dark hair straight instead of in her usual ponytail.

Jen Selter Shares A Recipe For A Protein-Packed Yogurt Bowl
Jen loves sharing healthy recipes with her followers. In another recent Instagram video, she donned a two-piece pink gym fit as she showed her followers how to make a yogurt bowl topped with mixed berries. “Join me in making one of my absolute favs – The Protein Yogurt Bowl – Perfect for a power start to your day or that afternoon pick-me-up,” she wrote in the caption.
In the video, she blended together 1 cup of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of almond milk, a ¼ cup of peanut butter, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and “some honey” to create the yogurt bowl, which she then topped with cinnamon, sliced bananas, or mixed berries. She also announced a new BlendJet giveaway, with the winner to be announced next Sunday.

Jen often gets a bit “backed up” when she travels, which is why she has developed a go-to travel hack to help ease her constipation. “A bit backed up from traveling so this is one of my go-to fixes: papaya topped with coconut yogurt, fresh berries, and bee pollen!”

Jen Shares Her Recipe For Artichoke Dip
Jen loves to make a good dip recipe and her latest one did not disappoint! The social media sensation wore a white long-sleeve crop top with matching leggings as she showed her followers how to make an artichoke dip that she makes “on repeat.”
In her video, she revealed that she uses her BlendJet to blend together half a cup of cottage cheese, one cup of Greek yogurt, one cup of grated parmesan cheese, and two garlic gloves. She then puts it in a glass dish with one cup of cut, dried artichokes, some fresh spinach leaves, and some mozzarella cheese. She bakes it in the oven at 425°F for 30-40 minutes, but noted that her fans can cook it for longer if they like it “extra crispy.”
