Who is Andy Cohen?
Emmy Award-winning Andrew Joseph Cohen was born on June 2, 1968, in St. Louis, Missouri.
He got his start in the media industry as an intern at CBS in the 1990s.
From there he went on to work as a senior producer on The Early Show, on top of producing 48 Hours.
In 2004, Cohen landed a job at Bravo, where he has been ever since.
Cohen has his own show and pop culture channel on SiriusXM Radio, Andy Cohen Live.
In 2009, he became the first-ever openly gay host of a late-night talk show when Watch What Happens Live premiered on the Bravo network.
The television personality also served as Bravo’s executive vice president of Development and Talent until 2013.
He was also an executive producer on the Emmy Award-winning reality cooking competition television show, Top Chef.
Cohen currently serves as an executive producer of the Real Housewives franchise.
Is Andy Cohen married?
Cohen is not married, and his last relationship with ex-boyfriend John Hill ended, The New York Times reported in December 2020.
Hill is known for his appearance in popular Broadway musicals, like Hairspray and The Boy from Oz.
He currently produces Watch What Happens Live! with Cohen.
The two have remained good friends despite their breakup.
Andy has been candid about his failed dates and experience with dating apps in the past.
While speaking with Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie on Today, he admitted that he is struggling in the dating pool.
“Daddy needs help,” he joked and after confirming his single status added that he is still “looking.”
“I’m on Raya. I’m on Tinder,” he said. “I’m ready to go!”

Does Andy Cohen have any children?
Cohen has two children, both via surrogate.
His son, Benjamin Allen Cohen was born on February 4, 2019, while his daughter, Lucy Eve Cohen was born on April 29, 2022.
Cohen explained to People how he “didn’t want to wait” any longer to become a father, even if it meant doing it as a single parent.
“It’s not something in your mind – ‘Oh, I want to do this alone.’ But I like being alone. I didn’t want to wait,” Cohen said previously.
Cohen appeared on Today – once again alongside Hoda and Savannah – on May 8, 2023, to discuss his new book about parenting and his experience as a single dad.
“I want to be everything for them,” Cohen told the hosts.
“As a single parent, there is the feeling of, ‘I need to be there,’ and I’m always kicking myself for time not spent with them, and trying to dissect what it all means and seeking out parent friends for advice.”
