How to get last-minute Taylor Swift ‘Eras’ tickets in Houston

A map of Houston's NRG Stadium.

Houston, we have a problem.

Mega pop star Taylor Swift is coming to NRG Stadium on April 21-23 and only a few last-minute tickets are still available.

The 12-time Grammy winner, midway through her dazzling, record-breaking, headline-making ‘Eras Tour,’ has already sold out venues in Arizona, Las Vegas, Arlington and Tampa over the first four weekends of the tour but the Houston shows may prove to be the most difficult to get into yet.

At the time of publication, the cheapest last-minute tickets we could find for Swift’s three night-stint in the Bayou City were $608 before fees on Vivid Seats — and those are for upper-deck seats.

Lower-level tickets start at $591 before fees; no floor seats we found were under $1000 from April 21-23.

While those may be steep price tags, we expect prices to balloon even higher this week as we get closer to the high-profile gigs.

Based on our records, tickets cost nearly double what they were a month ago (!) to see Swift IRL — simply put, there’s more demand to see Taylor live now than ever before.

So, if you want to catch Swift this weekend at NRG Stadium and still need tickets, here’s everything you need to know before it’s too late.

All prices listed above are subject to fluctuation.

Taylor Swift opening acts

This weekend, Taylor is bringing Gracie Abrams and beabadoobe with her.

Here’s what you need to know about the up-and-coming openers.

beabadobee first made a name for her brand of intimate, indie rock featuring for headliners like The 1975 and Clairo. For a taste of her unique sound, we recommend checking out her 2020 debut album “Fake It Flowers” as well as 2022’s “Beatopia.”

Gracie Abrams, the daughter of film director JJ Abrams and producer Katie McGrath, is a star in her own right. Her song “I miss you, I’m sorry” has upwards of 100 million streams on Spotify, she opened for Olivia Rodrigo on the 2022 “Sour Tour” and headlined her own tour this spring as well.
