The successful real estate agent welcomed her first child with her husband, Tarek El Moussa, in January this year. Since then, she has been sharing her journey as a new mom with her fans on social media, and she has given another close look at her life with her baby.

The TV personality keeps it real with her followers by opening up about the ups and downs of motherhood — from sleepless nights to the overwhelming love she feels for her child. She shared three pictures of herself and her little one in bed in a new post.

The star, who was makeup-free, wore only a bathrobe and held Tristan close to her chest, as she snuggled, kissed, and looked down at him with adoration. In the caption, she expressed her feelings by writing:

“I’ve never been this exhausted but in love at the same time. My little man…. Mama loves you 🤍 TJEM.”

Her fans took to the comment section to encourage the tired mama and praise her for doing a great job raising her son, like this fan who wrote, “It’s hard 😭 and you’re doing GREAT 🥰.” 

Another empathized with her, noting, “The tiredness never goes away, but it does get easier. I remember that time well when you feel like you will never sleep again lol enjoy those newborn snuggles it goes way too quickly xx.”

In a previous update, the former model celebrated her baby’s first-month milestone while sharing her plans for balancing her professional life and motherhood. The Blast detailed that the reality TV star shared two adorable photos of her holding her baby boy, showcasing the joys and challenges of being a working mother.

The first photo captured a loving moment between mother and son as Heather gazed at the camera while holding Tristan in her arms. In the second image, she smothered her wide-eyed son with a kiss on his temple.

She looked like any new mom in her everyday wear – a gray long-sleeved top, black bottoms, and a white cloth draped over her shoulder as a protective measure against her baby boy’s spit-ups. In the caption, she wrote:

“Last day of February, and it’s been a month of love, mamahood adjustments, work days from home, breastfeeding ups & downs, the best newborn snuggles, sleepless nights & lots and lots of family time.”

She expressed her gratitude for the good month of February but also looked forward to the challenges and opportunities that March would bring.

The actress shared a heartwarming throwback picture on her Instagram page, featuring her parents who she credits as her role models in her journey as a new mom. The TV personality star stood between her parents in the post, beaming with happiness. She wrote in the caption:

“You can never fully prepare for mommyhood but lucky to have my parents as role models 🤍🤍 also so lucky to have my sister @jennayoungpiper as a role model.”

She observed that the previous weekend held a significant meaning for their family, as it was the first time her sister’s children met her son. She expressed her optimism that their kids would develop a strong bond and become the closest companions, similar to her relationship with her sister.

Although Heather was thrilled about the encounter, she noted that she had to withhold some details to avoid causing distress to her mother. The star disclosed that her parents could not be with them due to the severe weather conditions in California. 

However, she hoped that the weather would improve soon so her parents would be able to join them.
