Hannah Eden is a fitness expert with a well-earned large following on Instagram. Eden shares a lot of her tips on her page. In a recent post, she shared tips for improving running. In it, Eden is seen on the treadmill. She captioned the post, “6 TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR RUNNING FORM! Running to me is the most exposed form of exercise. It’s the same movement pattern over and over and over and over again.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Hannah Eden stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
As you can see from her post, Eden loves to run to stay in shape. She also shared this video of herself on the treadmill. Eden captioned it, “You have to BECOME that kind of person. Discipline doesn’t just happen. It is something you build over time. How do you build it? Consistently showing up time and time again until quitting isn’t an option.“
Eden makes sure to do exercises properly. She shared her running tips in her post’s caption. “Here are 6 common upper body running inefficiencies to look for…#1 Over rotating torso- you are expending way more than you need to and over working here. #2 Arm Swing too far forward. You want to have a nice strong back swing to propel you forward. #3 Arms crossing center line. Keep arms to either side and imagine filing your nails on your hips. #4 Shoulders are raised. You don’t want to run tensed up! RELAX YO! #5 Fists are clenched. Also wasting energy here. Imagine you have potato chips in your hands… don’t crush them 🤔#6 ALL OF THE ABOVE. If you’re new to running it can be uncomfortable and when you’re fatigued these inefficiencies may start to pop up. Be mindful of them.”
Eden is dedicated to her fitness journey. She opened up about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Today, I took a moment to reflect and appreciate the consistent dedication I have put into fitness for the past 11 years… I remember signing my contract to a CrossFit gym back in 2012. It was like I was signing a contract with myself to never give up. It doesn’t happen over night but all my hard work is paying off as I feel myself getting stronger by the day at 3 months postpartum. Don’t wait any longer. Show up today and don’t expect results for a while. It’s a long game… don’t don’t waste any more time wishing and waiting… JUST GO! I’m grateful for the journey and lessons along the way. Daily deposits lead to great results emotionally, physically, and mentally.”
Eden revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that her diet is dependent on what goals she has. “My nutrition is always goal specific and right now I am training for a full Ironman tri and breastfeeding my 10 month baby boy. I also don’t typically count my calories or macros. I focus on my protein intake, but wanted to show you what this food equates to. Aiming for over 1.25g of protein per pound of body weight. I am also 10lb lighter than my ideal size but my body is adapting to my new training styles.”
Eden also likes to cook some healthy foods for herself. In this video, she makes protein bites with walnuts and berries. Eden captioned the post, “WALNUT BERRY PROTEIN BITES. Ingredients: ½ cup natural vanilla whey @onnit protein 51g. 2 tablespoons coconut sugar 24g. 2 tablespoons coconut flour 16g. ¼ cup chopped walnuts + dried berries 27g. 2 teaspoons Food Fitness by Paige bourbon vanilla or other quality vanilla extract. 2 tablespoons filtered water. 6 walnut halves 8g.”
