Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby is sending a sweet social media message to her father on his birthday. Crosby, 34, shared a picture of herself wearing black cheetah-print leggings and a matching sports bra, holding a weight above her head. “To the world’s best Father, Grandfather and Father in law ❤️. You are the best @thediddyman1 I love you with all of my heart! And I am so grateful for you and your constant help with all of my life problems! The great leader and the wise owl! 🦉 me, Alba and Jake would be lost without you! But because you have decided to abandon us and run off to Germany the only present you will receive today is me feeding the fish 🐟 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 we can go out for a nice dinner when your back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ love you so much!” she captioned the post. Here’s how the reality star stays fit, strong, and happy.
Crosby swears by her 3 Minute Belly Blitz DVD. “I am on the road so much getting into a gym isn’t always an option, however the DVD means I can workout anywhere and everywhere,” she told Healthista. “Even if I just have 3 minutes spare I can have a quick abs blast and I feel so much better than doing nothing! Having lost over two and a half stone with the help of the DVD, I am determined to keep the weight off so it is always packed!”
Crosby avoids eating in front of the television or any other screen. “Eat slowly,” she told Closer. “I used to wolf down my food in five minutes then look for pudding because I was still hungry. Take your time over your tea – it should take 20 minutes to eat a meal. I guarantee you won’t be hungry if you eat more slowly, because it gives your tummy time to tell your brain that you’re full.”
Crosby has sneakers she swears by for her workouts. “Before I started to work out I didn’t appreciate the importance of good footwear,” she told Healthista. “My Reebok ZQuick trainers are lightweight yet still give me required support when putting myself through my paces. They look wicked too, I have got quite a collection now!”
Crosby stresses how important it is to be aware of the calories in your food and drinks “Ignorance isn’t bliss – swot up on the calories in your favorite foods and drinks,” she told Closer. “If it’s a cocktail, consider whether you really want to have another glass and how much work it will take to burn off the calories. It makes you think about food and booze in a new light.”
Crosby is open about getting cosmetic surgery. “I don’t regret having a nose job and I don’t think it sent a bad message because I told everyone at the time I didn’t rush into it,” she told Grazia. “Everyone says, ‘Why did you have to change yourself? You should be happy with how you look!’ but people enhance the way they look all the time with makeup. Parents put fixed braces on their children to improve the look of their teeth and don’t get criticised. I do not agree with people getting things done willy nilly but if someone’s not confident about something, don’t beat them up about changing it.”
