TODAY star Savannah Guthrie has taken to social media to promote her latest project outside of the morning show.
Savannah, 52, will lend her hosting talent to a special event in the Big Apple tomorrow.
The morning show moderator shared a flyer for singer Rachel Platten’s appearance at the Grammy Museum in New York City.
“A New York Evening With Rachel Platten” was the title of the event, written in yellow text on the digital flyer.
Underneath that, it said that Savannah would be moderating the special event, which is happening tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. EST.
“Come see us! @rachelplatten live at @grammymuseum NYC next Thursday! Ticket link in stories,” the ABC anchor captioned the post.

Savannah has been taking on more new opportunities lately.
In September, she took part in a Paley Center event in New York City about football.
Savannah hosted and moderated the event Prime-Time Champions: An Evening with NBC Sunday Night Football on September 28.
The event brought the NBC Sports broadcasting team together to chat about the New York Jets hosting the Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs.

Savannah was there alongside Cris Collinsworth, Melissa Stark, and Mike Tirico.
The official event description reads: “NBC Sports’ commentators and producers will discuss how the show has evolved and changed since debuting in 2006, analyzing the most compelling story lines of the new NFL season including that weekend’s Sunday night matchup.”
BREAKING BARRIERS
Before that, Savannah revealed that she was the first-ever person in a gig for a popular lifestyle magazine.
With some help from her co-stars, Savannah shared she was the cover star for Allrecipes, which, previously, only ever had food on its covers.
Savannah, Hoda Kotb, Al Roker, and Carson Daly stood outside in the Today plaza in August to make the announcement.
Hoda told everyone: “To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, Allrecipes magazine asked Savannah to be their first-ever cover star!
“She talks about her journey as an amateur chef. She shares Vale and Charley’s favorite breakfast recipes.”
Turning to her co-host, Hoda gushed: “Look at you!”
Carson then added: “That’s amazing!”
The cover model appeared unable to find the right words to share about the exciting news, before admitting: “No one’s more shocked than me.”
Later on her Instagram, Savannah posted pictures from her magazine spread, as well as a behind-the-scenes video from the photoshoot.
SAVANNAH’S SUPPORT
In one post, she wrote in the caption: “Thank you thank you thank you @allrecipes for the honor of being on your cover!!”
In another, she said: “I cannot believe I’m on the cover of @allrecipes!”
Prior to that, the roles were reversed, and Savannah was the one helping Hoda announce her own exciting career news.
Hoda shared that the new project was inspired by her youngest daughter, Hope.
The Today host said on the morning show: “A few years back, I wrote the book, I’ve Loved You Since Forever, and it was inspired by the birth of my daughter Haley.
“So, I’m bursting because I have a book coming out next March, and it’s inspired by my youngest daughter, Hope.”
She explained that the book is about “really looking for hope all around” yourself.
After showing the bright cover of Hoda’s upcoming release, Savannah asked her co-star to tell a bit more about the story and how it came to be.
Hoda said: “It was based on my daughter, who, of course, I had dreamt of her and hoped for her, and her name just fell in.
“And she just reminds me that hope is around every corner. No matter what you go through, no matter what hardship you endure.”
