Singer and TV personality Beatrice Egli is on vacation. She just shared a gorgeous set of photos on Instagram. In them, she waded in a lake at sunset. She wore a blue and orange bathing suit, a yellow button down, and a fedora. She captioned the post, “Love a quick jump in the lake on such hot days in the evening. Egli loves to spend time by the water. One thing she likes to do is wakeboard. She posted a photo of herself wakeboarding on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Water remains my element. I just danced in the rain and now I’m trying wakeboarding! Always full risk!”

Another outdoor activity Egli likes to do is go hiking. She posts several photos on Instagram of herself in the great outdoors. She posted this photo of herself hiking by the water. She captioned it, “I’m really enjoying just going out in nature alone, putting my phone out, taking a deep breath and realizing that with each exhale, a bit of relaxation comes.”

Being a singer and performer, Egli has to learn choreography. She posts several dance videos on her social media. Egli posted this reel on Instagram of herself dancing with her loved ones. She captioned the reel, “Let’s do it again and again!”

Egli revealed some of her favorite workouts in this video interview. One piece of gym equipment that she likes to use when she works out are kettlebells. In the video, Egli is seen doing deadlifts with a kettlebell. She is also seen doing a squat on a balance board with a kettlebell in her hand.

Egli loves to workout her arms. One workout she likes to do are pull-ups. In the video, Egli is seen climbing a wood structure with bars, and then starts doing pull-ups. Egli’s arms are amazing, so they clearly are effective. “You can perform many different types of body-weight exercises to work all of the major muscle groups. And you can do body-weight exercises anywhere, using no extra equipment, at no extra cost to you,” says the Mayo Clinic. “But remember to use proper form and technique throughout each body-weight exercise to get the most benefit and avoid injury. Take at least one day off between exercising each specific muscle group to give your muscles time to recover.”
