Ozzy Osbourne is not shying away from talking about his health.

The British rock star, 75, revealed on his SiriusXM show that he’s undergoing stem cell therapy amid his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis.

“I’ve just come back from the doctor after having some stem cells put in me,” Osbourne told his co-host Billy Morrison on the latest episode of “Ozzy Speaks.”

He continued, “The thing is, you have it, and you go, ‘I don’t feel that great,’ but I don’t know what it would be like if I didn’t have it.”

Osbourne was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2003. He received four surgeries on his spine following a bad fall in 2019.

“This stuff that I have, it’s kind of like a super f–king stem cell, you know?” he said on his radio show. “They put three bottles in me this morning. But apparently, this stuff that I’m on now is a real business show … I had one about three months ago and this was a follow-up, and I’ve got to go in about six months from now.”

Despite his health issues, Osbourne confirmed that he wants to come out of retirement and perform again.

“I’d like to do a f–king gig without falling over now,” he said.

Morrison told Osbourne, “Well, that’s gonna come. You’ll get there.”

Osbourne also explained how he’s focused on his future regardless of his health battles.

“I want to still carry on, you know?” the Black Sabbath frontman said. “I can’t redo what I’ve done, but I wasn’t ready to throw the towel in when I did.”

He even declared that he wants to win an Oscar in a music category like Elton John did for “The Lion King” in 1994.

The musician previously opened up about his health issues to Rolling Stone UK last year and revealed that he has “10 years left” to live “at best.”

The British rock mag honored Osbourne with its Icon Award in 2023, but he was unable to attend the ceremony, so his wife Sharon Osbourne went in his place.

In January, Sharon told the publication that Ozzy will play two more shows “to say goodbye” to his fans amid his health issues.

“He won’t tour again,” she said.
