Paramore vocalist Hayley Williams has unearthed several pandemic-era home videos from her camera roll and uploaded them to her Instagram page.
In addition to a peek into the creative sessions for her solo album FLOWERS for VASES / descansos, Williams shared covers of The Cardigans’ “Communication,” Best Coast’s “When I’m with You,” and Audrey Hepburn’s “Moon River.”
The caption for each post gives a window into Williams’ state of mind while recording the video, with the artist sharing that the Cardigans’ Long Gone Before Daylight was “a comfort album” while quarantining with her dog Alf. She also paid tribute to Best Coast vocalist Bethany Cosentino by saying, “Bethany’s music has been so influential to so many new alt and dreamy garage rock bands and I love to give her flowers any time I can.”
