In a post on Instagram, 50 Cent revealed that his 10-year-old son Sire sent him a $10,000 request via Apple Cash.
“I just got this from my son SIRE,” he wrote alongside a screenshot that showed the $10k Apple Cash request. “He is 10 years old I hope this is a joke.”
Fif welcomed his son Sire in 2012 with his girlfriend at the time, Daphne Joy. It’s unclear what prompted his son to make such a large request, but he should know by now that Fif doesn’t take too kindly to being owed money.
His son Sire made headlines in 2015 when he reportedly earned $700,000 for a modeling contract when he was just two years old. More recently, he’s turned his attention to acting. He is set to show up in the forthcoming horror film Skill House, and 50 Cent shared the news when he was cast in the film last year. “Josh [Stolberg] had Sire working,” he wrote alongside a photo of Sire with the director of the film.
This is far from the first time Fif has put one of his kids on blast over social media. Last year he got into with his son 26-year-old son Marquise after he alleged the rapper and TV producer hadn’t spent enough time with him. Marquise offered to pay his father $67,000 to get 24 hours of his time, and it led to a back-and-forth that remains unresolved.
