On Sunday evening, Longoria and Beckham set the internet on fire with a couple of glorious photos showing them in their element as best buds. The “Spice Girls” alum posted a heartwarming photo of her and the actress wearing robes as they hung in the kitchen with huge drinks in their hands.
“The Young and The Restless” alum opted for a striped robe which she partially unbuttoned to flaunt her slender legs. Her hair was adorned with pins, and her face glammed as she gleefully held a huge glass of red wine. The renowned fashion designer opted for a plain blue cotton robe paired with black pantyhose.
Always one to “spice” up her look, the former singer rocked sky-high open-toe stilettos with her robe while giving her usual fierce pose. Her face was also done to the nines as Beckham opted for a clear cocktail with ice cubes in her giant wine glass. The stunning ladies were, however, joined y a special guest — Longoria’s 4-year-old son, Santiago Enrique Bastón.
In the following slide, the little one was nested between his mother and her best pal as they doted on him. Beckham captioned the post, “Yet again two desperate housewives,(and a baby) getting ready for girls night out! Love u @evalongoria x.”
Longoria posted the same image on her page with a similar caption that read, “Just two desperate housewives 🤣 @victoriabeckham.” It didn’t take long for fans to serenade the post, gushing over their sweet bond. The “Desperate Housewives” star dropped jaws in an elegant black evening gown with a stylish cutout at the chest area. The flowing gown hugged her curves in the right places and featured long sleeves. The mother-of-one accessorized her look with a cute green bag while her brunette hair was styled into a sharp shoulder-length bob.
The English television personality, who is married to soccer legend David Beckham, chose to wear a stylish white dress that featured a plunging neckline and wide cut-outs that flaunted her toned midriff. She paired the halter-neck dress with a black skirt with a flowing train.
In the first slide of the upload, both ladies showed their stark yet complementary personalities, with Longoria grinning widely while Beckham struck her signature fierce look. However, in the second frame, the actress got on her friend’s wavelength, and they both made fierce faces for the camera.
Beckham was clearly not impressed with Longoria’s first error as she captioned the post, “Have I not taught you anything @evalongoria??We have been posing together for years😂 x love u x girls night out!! X.” Longoria, in the comments section wrote, “I’m trying!!! 🤣🤣🤣.”
All About Beckham & Longoria’s Friendship
While the duo might be an unlikely pair, there is nothing unusual about how their relationship developed organically, even in an industry like Hollywood. Per reports, their friendship dates back to 2007, when they met while they were both living in Los Angeles.
At the time, Victoria’s husband David was playing for the LA Galaxy soccer club from 2007 to 2013. Longoria’s ex-husband French-American basketball player Tony Parker often attended the games, and that was how the ladies bonded over their love for fashion and shared humor.
They soon became irreplaceable forces in each other’s lives, with Longoria never hesitating to travel down to the United Kingdom to support her friend’s venture. Beckham, on the other, was a shoulder to cry on when the Texas native went through two failed marriages and several relationships.
