KIM Kardashian fans have revealed they think she got a facelift after spotting a clue in a new video promoting Skims’ swimwear line.
The selfie video showed the Skims founder posing in front of a mirror modeling the brand’s Summer Mesh “Deep Plunge Long Dress.”

The ankle-length dress featured the same Desert Snake Print of the swimsuit Kim, 43, and Khloe Kardashian, 39, were spotted wearing while vacationing in Turks and Caicos with their family.
In the video, The Kardashians star held her phone over her face as she showed off the form-fitting fit and the cleavage cut out of the summer dress.
The video was reposted to a Kardashian-dedicated Reddit board where a fan asked, “Why is she covering her face so much recently?”
“The facial paralysis rumours,” replied one commenter.

“Now this would break the internet,” a second person chimed.
A third Redditor claimed, “Her wonky eye,” as another speculated, “New face incoming in 3, 2, …..”
“New facelift probably made her face look worse,” commented a fifth critic.
Another commenter remarked, “She’s having surgery to fix the nerves in her face she f**ked up.”

Kim and North, 10, posted a new video to their shared TikTok account.
In the clip, the American Horror Story actress stood straight as a statue in the bathroom of her Calabasas mansion.
The TV personality appeared to have just finished showering as she sported an all-black tracksuit and her black hair hung wet and wavy on her shoulders.
She went makeup-free as she participated in a TikTok trend with her oldest child.

The mother of four began by lipsyncing the words to Hold My Hand by Jess Glynne with a solemn look on her face and each time the song broke into the chorus, North appeared on the screen with a wild dance and a happy expression.
The pre-teen wore an oversized black graphic tee with pink sweatpants featuring a large white flower print.
Kim held a serious stare throughout the entire clip despite the antics and wild facial expressions of her daughter.
FAN BACKLASH
But fans were less than amused, as many of them noticed something “gnarly” going on with Kim’s left eye.
Several took to Reddit where they noted how “wonky” her face appeared throughout the entire clip.
The post was titled, “From North’s tiktok.. I never realized how bad it actually was until now… yikes,” and included a screenshot from the video.
“I feel like the cheek filler has given her gnarly nasolabial folds,” one fan mentioned.
They continued, “She continues to age herself with all the cosmetic procedures.”
“This would drive me nuts. Visually, it would be hard to get over if you didn’t have the asymmetry naturally.. but also.. it looks like she can FEEL it. Ugh,” a second commenter remarked.
“She looks like a tweaker,” a fourth ripped as a fifth noted, “She looks haggard.”
The Redditor added, “I can’t believe she looks like this now.”
TOO TIGHT
Recently, Kim shocked fans with her appearance as she posed on the red carpet in Paris.
In the pics, Kim stopped for photos at the Balenciaga Womenswear Fall/Winter 2024-2025 during Paris Fashion Week.
The former E! star wore a full face of gothic makeup with her hair slicked back into a tight ponytail.
She donned a skintight black Balenciaga dress, with sheer lace draping over her curves.
On Reddit, however, fans were less focused on Kim’s chic gown, and more concerned about changes to her face.
“Love the look with the dress and the hair!! Just wish she wasn’t so stiff with her hands and jaw,” one fan wrote.
“Yes the clenched jaw was the first thing I noticed. Is her jaw clenched?” asked another.
“I think it’s more likely some side effect of a procedure. Even if her jaw was clenched it shouldn’t have one little dimple at the bottom like that unless her fillers are masking the rest of the clenching,” a third social media user wrote.
A fourth fan theorized, “Maybe an implant? Shape looks different?”
“Her face looks so tight it hurts. So severe,” a final commenter added.
