Jennifer Lopez Seen Touring $68M Mansion Without Wedding Ring

Jennifer Lopez seems to be house hunting. She was seen touring a new home without her wedding ring amid rumors of her marital issues with Ben Affleck.

The singer’s recent move comes after her husband purchased a new $20.5 million home in the Pacific Palisades of Los Angeles.

According to reports, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez avoid direct communication, which has slowed down their rumored divorce proceedings.

Lopez was recently spotted with her 16-year-old child Emme and a real estate agent exploring a $68 million mansion in Beverly Hills, just 15 minutes from her and Affleck’s current marital residence, and according to photos obtained by TMZ, the “On The Floor” singer was notably without her wedding ring.

The trio reportedly began their day with a quick coffee run before heading to the luxurious five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property. It boasts an infinity-edge pool, home gym, 1,200-bottle wine cellar, sports courts, and a 10-seat theater.

Lopez’s LA house tour follows her lengthy stay in the Hamptons, where she just returned from after selling her NYC apartment for $23 million.

She finalized her real estate deal on July 24, which also happened to be her birthday.

On the same day Lopez sold her NYC apartment, Affleck purchased a $20.5 million five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles.

The actor’s new $20.5 million residence is significantly smaller than the 38,000-square-foot estate he shares with Lopez, which he allegedly disliked due to its size and distance from his children, Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12, all of whom he shares with ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.

An insider close to the situation spoke to Entertainment Tonight, stating, “Ben really likes his new home and feels hopeful about the change. He wanted to move and be closer to Jen Garner and their kids to make co-parenting easier.”

However, while the “Argo” actor is focused on his family, reports suggest that he and Lopez are not currently on speaking terms. According to a report, the couple avoids direct communication, relying on their business managers to convey messages.

This lack of direct contact has reportedly slowed their divorce proceedings, which are being managed by their business teams instead of divorce lawyers.

TMZ reports that Affleck and Lopez have a prenup, with their Beverly Hills mansion, purchased last year for just over $60 million, being the primary remaining asset to divide.

Affleck and Lopez have also yet to secure the services of a legal representative and have been working with their respective business managers, who are trying to sort out the financial statement behind the divorce.

Everything seems to point toward an amicable divorce for the former lovebirds, as sources say no documents will be filed until they settle.

According to the news outlet, the Hollywood stars are also expected to hire attorneys to file legal documents requesting a divorce in the coming days.

Days before her milestone 55th birthday, Lopez threw a Bridgerton-themed party in the Hamptons to kick off her festivities.

Numerous guests, including her mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez, dressed in them, attended the event. However, sources confirmed to People magazine that Affleck was absent.

Another source told the news outlet that Lopez’s “summer isn’t exactly what she originally had planned, but she’s making the best of it.”

They added, “She’s always grateful for family time. She had a great weekend with family and friends. She loves entertaining and enjoys her birthday bash. She was in a happy mood.”

Affleck raised eyebrows recently when he was seen sporting a drastically different dressing style and haircut while riding a motorcycle.

Photos obtained by the Daily Mail showed Affleck sporting a tiny faux-hawk, with the sides of his head almost completely shaved and the remaining hair styled forward towards his forehead.

He seemed to be embracing a rocker vibe, wearing a Red Hot Chili Peppers t-shirt underneath a black biker jacket paired with skinny jeans and dark aviators.

Affleck was also without his wedding ring, a detail that has been observed multiple times in the weeks since rumors about the breakdown of his marriage to Lopez began circulating.
