TISH Cyrus has been spotted looking somber with her new man after her relationship was embroiled in controversy.
Tish, 56, and Dominic Purcell, 54, were seen in public for the first time in days on Friday.

The duo’s outing came after claims that Dominic previously dated Tish’s daughter Noah, 24.
For their walk, Tish and Dominic – joined by a friend – wrapped up warm for the gloomy weather.
Billy Ray Cyrus’ ex-wife kept incognito with a baseball cap covering her hair, and large sunglasses perched on her nose.
She kept comfortable in an oversized sweater and gray pants, along with chunky boots.

Television star Dominic, meanwhile, frowned as he walked behind his wife, looking equally casual in loungewear.
This week, one insider opened up about Tish’s mental state amid the family drama.
“Noah and Tish haven’t spoken since the whole thing happened with Dominic,” they claimed.
It was also revealed that they blocked each other on social media when the drama started, but have since refollowed each other.
“Tish is spiraling out of control and trying to figure out how to diffuse this,” the insider continued.
Noah, meanwhile, was spotted at a fashion show in Paris with her fiancé, Pinkus.
MAN IN DEMAND
While Tish and Dominic are now married, sources claim he already had a close link with the Cyrus family.
Tish has been married to Dominic since August 2023, after she ignored his first attempt to reach out to her on Instagram in 2016.
The star then followed up in 2022, following her divorce from Billy Ray.
“Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him,” a source told Us Weekly.
The source also said that Tish was aware of the situation before she decided to pursue him.
“The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think],” said the source.
“Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her.”
Noah and Dominic were reportedly involved for about eight or nine months, but were “having issues” in their relationship.
WHITE LIE?
Despite the speculation, one source claimed that Noah fabricated the rumors for attention.
“Miley and Tish are like sisters and Noah has always been envious of this because she’s never had a connection with Tish like Miley [Cyrus] has.
“Tish and Dominic are all in with each other and Noah and Dominic never even had a thing going on and think that it is ludicrous that people would think Tish stole Dominic from her daughter.”
“Noah never dated Dominic and they were not together. She is delusional to think otherwise and is trying to create a narrative that will paint her as a victim,” a source told the Daily Mail.
“Noah has always craved the attention because she did not get it growing up. Tish was always so Miley-sided because that is where the money was,” they added as an explanation for the rumors, likely referring to Miley Cyrus‘ Hannah Montana stardom and current pop music career.
Alongside slamming rumors of Noah and Dominic dating, the insider also doubled down on the fact that Noah was absent from the wedding.
“Noah was not invited to Tish’s wedding and she would not have come even if she was. Tish wanted a peaceful wedding and did not want Noah to create any sort of scene,” they said.
