The pair had finished lunch at the Italian restaurant, Sant Ambroeus Madison, located on the Upper East Side.
The twosome were steps away from Central Park during their walk.
The New York Minute star stunned in a bright red trench coat and wore tattered jeans ripped at the ankles.
She strutted across the street in a pair of bright gold penny-loafers.
At one point, Mary-Kate dove her hand into the large brown crocodile-style bag she carried with her.

The former couple finalized their divorce in January 2021, about nine months after their split.
The exes tied the knot in November 2015 until the ex-TV star called it quits and filed for divorce in April 2020.
Although the duo do not share any children, Oliver shares his two kids – Margot and Julien – with his ex-wife Charlotte Bernard, 49.
Mary-Kate is not the only one in her famous family who has shied away from the spotlight.

Sister Ashley, 37, finally stepped out in public after she and her husband Louis Eisner, 35, welcomed their baby, Otto, in August.
