JUSTIN Bieber could take part of Hailey’s $1 billion Rhode fortune if the couple divorces – even if he ‘didn’t lift a finger’ in creating the brand, The U.S. Sun has learned.
Due to the pair allegedly not having a signed prenup, the pop star is entitled to a piece of the cosmetics empire his wife built and launched in 2022 – four years after they officially wed.
According to powerhouse attorney, Jamie E. Wright, Rhode launching four years after their wedding, in many states, makes it marital property “unless she can prove otherwise.”
“Unless there is a clear postnuptial agreement that carves it out as her separate asset, Justin could absolutely be entitled to a cut, whether through direct profits, equity value, or settlement leverage.
“Even if he didn’t lift a finger to help build the brand, the law doesn’t always care.
“If marital resources, joint lifestyle, or indirect contributions supported Hailey while she was building Rhode, a court might give him a piece of the pie.
“Without a legal wall, her billion-dollar business just became their billion-dollar asset,” the Los Angeles-based legal expert explained.
Shortly after their 2018 nuptials, The Sun reported that Justin, 31, and Hailey, 28, apparently do not have a prenup or postnuptial agreement in place.
Counselor Wright also emphasized how the birth of their nine-month-old son, Jack Blues Bieber, has changed the dynamic should the Hollywood couple split.
“The presence of a child always raises the stakes. While kids don’t change property laws, they do affect support.
“Courts may award more in alimony or child support to maintain the child’s lifestyle, especially if one parent has significantly more money. Hailey and Justin are seven years into marriage.
“In some states, such as California [where the couple lives], the 10-year mark is significant.
“Before that, the marriage is considered ‘short-term,’ and spousal support may be capped.
“After 10 years, it can become open-ended. If they split before hitting that milestone, there’s potentially less long-term liability for Hailey.
“If Hailey wants to avoid bleeding money in the event of a split, she needs to act like Rhode is at stake—because it is,” the sought-after attorney added.
While the couple has not admitted to plans of separating, fans fear they are headed for a split after Justin had been spotted with concerning behavior.
In addition to apparent personal struggles, TMZ recently reported that Justin is in a massive amount of debt over canceling his 2022 Justice tour at the last minute.
According to court audits, he owed AEG, the concert promoter, $24 million at the time.
The outlet claimed that Justin’s then-manager, Scooter Braun, paid the sum as a loan to Justin.
However, they reported that he still currently owes Scooter, who he has since parted ways with both as a manager as a friend, over $8 million.
RUN, HAILEY, RUN!
Meanwhile, Hailey’s success is skyrocketing after it was announced on Wednesday that her company of only three years, Rhode, was being acquired by makeup giant e.l.f. Beauty for a whopping $1 billion.
More about Hailey Bieber’s skincare brand Rhode

Hailey Bieber revealed her brand in 2022.
On her website, Hailey discussed her brand, “My journey towards healthier skin inspired me to develop products that really work, in a way that’s accessible to everyone.
“Rhode is dedicated to making products based in science and great formulation, simplifying many of the mysteries and complex narratives behind efficacious skincare.
“I hope these will become your go-to essentials that can live in your bathroom, be your favorite travel companion, improve your skin over time, and keep your skin happy and hydrated.”
In early June 2022, Hailey revealed her first products that would be available for purchase on June 15.
The skincare essentials included: peptide glazing fluid, barrier restore cream, and peptide lip treatment.
Over the last two years, Hailey released many limited-edition peptide lip treatment scents and shades – including a collab with Krispy Kreme.
In 2024, she released her first cleanser Pineapple Refresh, phone cases with a place to put the peptide lip treatments, and many blush shades.
The massive deal includes $600 million in cash, $200 million worth of e.l.f. Beauty stock, and a potential $200 million based on the brand’s growth over the next three years.
Following the exciting news of Hailey’s historic deal, fans are urging her to “run” from her husband Justin and quickly get a divorce.
On social media, one fan said: “Just a casual Hailey Bieber observer but she needs to take that $1B money and run from that man.”
Another wrote: “Hailey should take that check, send the divorce papers, and RUN! I’ve seen so many videos where Justin treats her like cr** and it makes my skin crawl.”
The partnership comes as Rhode continues to grow in popularity, with Hailey gushing in a press release about the $1 billion acquisition: “We can’t wait to bring Rhode to more faces, places, and spaces.
”From day one, my vision for Rhode has been to make essential skin care and hybrid makeup you can use every day.”
“Just three years into this journey, our partnership with e.l.f. Beauty marks an incredible opportunity to elevate and accelerate our ability to reach more of our community with even more innovative products and widen our distribution globally.”
