JULIANNE Hough has revealed how she tackles problems of motivation in a new video.
The Dancing With the Stars host spoke on Instagram on Wednesday about her three key tools for tackling each day.
In the post, Julianne, 35, spoke to followers on the account for her lifestyle brand, Kinrgy.
Julianne was perched on an ottoman in her home, with her makeup perfectly applied.
The television star had her hair down and styled in gentle waves, and showed off her long, manicured nails as she gesticulated with her hands.
Julianne ditched her bra in a skintight white tank top, showing off her toned figure and curves.

She finished off her casual look with loose cream pants, which pooled around her as she crossed her legs and spoke to the camera.
The pro dancer shared: “The three things that I do to stay focused and motivated. It all starts for me with sleep. If I don’t have sleep, that’s tough, because I’m obviously going off of adrenaline and not really regulated. So sleep is number one.
“The second thing is movement. If I don’t move my body, I feel like the energy is stagnant, and so even if that means just getting up and walking around my house or something like that. So movement is key.”
Julianne concluded: “And then of course, my morning pages. They are one of my big key things. It helps me unload what’s in my brain and I get to get all of that out on paper so I have a clear, clean, focused brain for whatever comes my way.”

Alongside the video, the brand encouraged followers to take part in Kinrgy for $111/year, exclaiming: “Over 60% off!”
‘HORRIBLE HOST’
Julianne’s focus on her brand away from the show comes amid criticism of her hosting skills.
During an episode of the show in October, Barry Williams and his partner Peta Murgatroyd struggled through their routine.
They faced a number of missteps, and the Brady Bunch star nearly dropped his pro partner as she attempted a cartwheel-type move.
When the dance partners debriefed with Julianne after the routine, she simply asked: “What happened there?”
One DWTS viewer joked: “What kinda question was [that] Julianne. ‘What happened there.’ ‘Yea I meant to drop her on her face.'”
“Julianne’s questions are horrible. Much better as a judge,” a second critic posted.
Not everyone was negative about her hosting skills, however, with one person claiming she was “better” than her predecessor Tyra Banks, 49, who held the hosting position after Tom Bergeron‘s departure back in 2020.
DRESSED DOWN
Julianne’s talk about motivation comes amid fan fury over her “inappropriate” fashion choices on DWTS.
For the finale, Julianne presented alongside main host Alfonso Ribeiro, 52, as Xochitl Gomez took the prize.
For a Christmas-themed routine, Julianne wore a skintight, backless red bodysuit with a plunging neckline, teamed with matching sparkly over-the-knee boots.
However, one outraged viewer wrote on Instagram: “Your outfit tonight is absolutely hideous! Put your a** away!”
Another added: “This is too much! There’s kids in the audience.”
A third posted: “It was not flattering at all. I was praying she was going to do an outfit change.”
CHANGING CHANNEL
This wasn’t the first time Julianne’s outfit was criticized, with her bold choices angering fans throughout the season.
In November, she emulated pop star Madonna in a black pinstripe suit, with cutouts on the chest to clearly reveal her pink lingerie.
The star completed the look with a short platinum blonde curly wig and a full face of makeup with a red lip.
Julianne’s outfit sparked ire with fans when she first showed it off on TikTok, with some even suggesting they would boycott the show.
“I know it’s typical of Madonna, but for a family show, she could have not added the pink underwear over the suit,” one critic wrote.
