Last night, Greensky Bluegrass brought their Summer 2022 tour to the Dillon Amphitheatre in Dillon, Colo. The ensemble delivered two sets that spelled out “Casual Wednesday” with their song choices. The first set featured originals before the group dug into an all-covers during the show’s latter half.

The first set began with 2010’s “Cold Feet” before Greensky Bluegrass moved into “All For Money” and 2022’s “Screams.” Then, the group followed up with “Until I Sing” and “All Four” before wrapping the first batch of tunes with a hot take on “Last Winter in the Copper Country.”

For their second set, Greensky Bluegrass performed all covers, beginning with a run-through of Prince’s “When Doves Cry” before following up with a take on Tears for Fears’ “Everybody Wants to Rule the World.” Then, they continued with a cover of Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing in the Dark” prior to Rolling Stones’ favorite “No Expectations.”

The previous number rolled into Ween’s “Exactly Where I’m At.” Next, Greensky Bluegrass landed on Bob Marley’s seminal number, “Stop That Train,” which entered their repertoire in 2005. Marley’s track bled into Simple Minds’ “Don’t You (Forget About Me),” which segued into Allman Brothers Band’s “Ain’t Wastin’ Time No More.” For the final song of the second set, they performed Bob Dylan’s classic “You Ain’t Going Nowhere.”

Following the final song of the main set, whispers spread throughout the venue grounds that the setlist had spelled out “Casual Wednesday,” which perfectly aligned with the band’s song choice and nodded toward the day of the week. After the group’s run-through of “Casual Wednesday,” they landed on the night’s final number, New Grass Revival’s “Can’t Stop Now.”

Greensky Bluegrass will follow up by returning to the Dillon Amphitheatre stage tonight before descending upon Red Rocks Amphitheatre for a two-night stand on Sept. 16 and 17. Tickets are still available and can be purchased here
