BLAKE Shelton has vowed to cut back on drinking in the New Year amid suspected marriage problems with wife Gwen Stefani.
The Barmageddon host opened up about his New Year‘s Resolutions during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Blake, 47, admitted: “I haven’t managed to stop drinking yet. That’s been, you know, even cutting back has been hard,” when speaking with the entertainment news outlet.
The country music star continued: “I mean, it’s a resolution though. And I’ll say it again right now — that’s my New Year’s resolution.”
“Is to either cut back or stop drinking altogether.”
Blake and Gwen, 54, tied the knot in July 2021 after six years together.

The musicians met on The Voice and have been inseparable over the years, but they’ll be forced to ring in the New Year apart due to their opposing work schedules.
Gwen broke the news during an interview with Access Hollywood, where she explained why the lovebirds wouldn’t be kissing at the stroke of midnight.
“Well, it’s funny because I was going to be at his show, and then Vegas called and wanted me to be in Vegas,” the fashion mogul said.
Meanwhile, Blake is scheduled to perform at New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash, on the other side of the country.
“Last year I did Vegas and I was like, ‘Remind me to never do Vegas again.’ [But] you sometimes want to… not be the host.
“So I was like, ‘Eh, I’m gonna do it.’ If you’re gonna be working then I’m gonna be working — so I’m just gonna fly in and out it’s gonna be awesome. I’m really looking forward to it,” Gwen added.
GOING DOWNHILL
Over the weekend, photos have captured Blake and Gwen looking tense while skiing in Utah with her three kids.
In the pics obtained by TMZ, the family enjoyed the winter weather at the Woodward Park City ski resort on Friday and Saturday.
One day, the No Doubt alum was seen tubing with her boys: Kingston, 17; Zuma, 15; and Apollo, 9; whom she shares with her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale, 58.
Blake sat out and filmed his wife and stepsons from the sidelines.
The country star stayed off the slopes again the next day while Gwen and her sons went skiing.
Other snaps showed Gwen at an indoor skate park with her youngest son, Apollo, as he rode his scooter.
And another captured Gwen and Blake posing in front of a giant Christmas tree.
The I’m Just a Girl singer donned baggy blue pants, a loosely-fitted gray T-shirt, a jacket around her waist, sneakers, and a gray and white winter hat.
Her husband also went casual, sporting jeans, a plaid shirt, and a backward baseball cap.
LONG NIGHT
Gwen recently sparked concern when she appeared to delete a slew of photos with the country singer.
Blake fueled the speculation on Monday when he was seen alone at his bar, Ole Red, in Nashville, Tennessee.
He appeared to have had a long night filming Season 2 of his show Barmageddon.
The TV personality was seen wearing a Santa outfit and hat slumped down on top of the bar.
He posed with his head on his arms and resting on his fake Santa beard on the countertop.
Blake feigned sleep with his eyes closed and mouth slightly open, with what looked like an empty cup in front of him.
He shared the playful snap on Instagram and promoted his show’s holiday special in the caption.
“Santa’s had a long night.. watch the Barmageddon USA Holiday special tonight,” he wrote.
It comes after the couple’s fans speculated that Gwen has been removing her posts featuring Blake from her Instagram.
Last week, the Hollaback Girl singer shared a video of herself getting ready in her dressing room.
In the comments, fans asked about the absence of Blake from her grid.
“What happened to all the videos of you and Blake?” one asked.
“I haven’t seen them either!” a second agreed.
“I haven’t seen them, I’m usually really busy and must have missed them. It seems a lot of the posts I’ve come across are older… they must be busy too, lol!!!” a third remarked.
“Need to see some stuff with you and Blake together,” someone else commented.
