NICK Nolte, 83, sported a totally different look to his ’90s primetime image with messy hair and a wrinkled outfit in a rare outing.
The Oscar-nominated actor, known for his roles in Tropic Thunder and 48 Hrs, continues to book gigs on the big screen.
The reclusive actor was spotted for the first time this year on June 7 as he stepped out of his Lincoln in an interesting ensemble.
While out running errands in Malibu, Nick wore a wrinkled purple button-down shirt paired with white trousers.
Nick seemed to be in a rush as he left the house with uncombed hair.
While he continues to book gigs, Nick has shied away from the spotlight in recent years.
However, the 83-year-old actor is set to appear in The Ploughmen alongside Bill Murray and Owen Teague.
As per The Hollywood Reporter, the new film “follows a strange friendship that develops between a haunted young deputy sheriff and a notorious old murderer.”
Nick is set to play the murderer John Gload.
At this time, a release date has yet to be made known.
Nick also booked a role as Barry in Rittenhouse Square, which is expected to hit cinemas in October of this year.
REBEL NICK
In 2002, Nick sported the same messy-haired look when he was arrested for driving under the influence of GHB.
Nick detailed his former arrest in his 2018 memoir, Rebel: My Life Outside the Lines.
“The best way to deal with the biggest mistakes in your life is to discuss them. With everybody, including God,” he wrote.
He took the drug, which is short for Gamma Hydroxybutyrate, on his way to the gym and Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.
