The NPR ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ for Louisiana rapper Juvenile just hit YouTube and it’s hard to remember a ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ in recent history as good as this.

To be fair, every ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ from NPR is great but Juvenile’s hit social media fast and hard. His name was immediately trending online after NPR uploaded the new 28-minute concert that includes hits like ‘Back That Azz Up,’ ‘400 Degreez’ featuring Mannie Fresh and ‘Rodeo’.

Mannie Fresh makes an appearance on six of the songs performed by Juvenile below and The Amours appear on Rodeo. Only ‘Ha’, ‘Set It Off’, and ‘Slow Motion’ are performed solo.

“400 Degreez (feat. Mannie Fresh)”
“Bling Bling (feat. Mannie Fresh)”
“Ha”
“Set It Off”
“Slow Motion”
“Rodeo (feat. The Amours)”
“I Need A Hot Girl (feat. Mannie Fresh)”
“Project Bitch (feat. Mannie Fresh)”
“Back That Azz Up (feat. Mannie Fresh)”

Including Juvenile and Mannie Fresh, there are 14 musicians who appear in the video. Some of the biggest names include New Orleans legends Trombone Shorty and Jon Batiste, and others.

Juvenile’s last studio album was released in 2014 so it has been nearly 10 years since the last time we got new music from the NOLA-based rapper.

He was a hit maker in the 90s and early 2000s and it’s great to see that Juvenile’s still got it. Videos of the individual performances have exploded on Twitter, racking up thousands of shares immediately.
