BAYWATCH actress Erika Eleniak has been spotted looking unrecognizable as she walked her dog in Los Angeles.
The 54-year-old – who played lifeguard Shauni McClain on the popular ’90s show – looked totally different with huge tattoos and sweats.
Erika was spotted looking low-key in a baggy gray tank top and baggy green sweatpants.
She finished off her look with a pair of pink slides, a pale pink baseball cap, and a black bumbag.
The Under Siege star swept her blonde hair back into a low bun and appeared to go makeup-free.
Her arms and hands were covered in numerous colorful tattoos.
Erika was later seen pushing a cart full of cardboard boxes with her daughter Indy, 18, as they put their Christmas decorations in storage.
The actress got her big break at age 12 playing “the pretty girl” in the Steven Spielberg movie, E.T.
She went on to appear in Baywatch, joining it as blonde bombshell Shauni in 1989 for the TV film Baywatch: Panic at Malibu Pier.
Erika left the show in 1992, nine years before the show ended.

The mother-of-one later told Fox News that the sitcom became too “risqué” for her.
“When we first started the show… it was on NBC, which, at the time, was the most conservative network on television,” she explained in 2018.
“There were certain things you didn’t show, you didn’t say. Things have changed a lot since then.
“It did take a different direction, but it is what made the show a phenomenon. I felt like it was a different show and no, I was not comfortable. It definitely wasn’t my thing to be super risqué.”
“If you have to play a lifeguard and you don’t want to be in a bathing suit, there’s going to be issues,” the TV star went on.
“But for me, I wasn’t super comfortable, but that wasn’t the main motivation for me [to leave]. It really wasn’t. My heart was in films and it was calling.”
She was replaced by Pamela Anderson, who took on the iconic role of C.J. Parker.
“My exit was Pamela Anderson’s entrance,” Erika said.
“God, she was perfect for the show. I feel like she made the show. And I know they were thrilled to have her. So it just worked out really well.”
After the show, Erika appeared in Under Siege and had cameos in TV shows like Desperate Housewives.
The star struggled with eating disorders and was once hospitalized for laxative abuse.
In 2006 she was a contestant on Celebrity Fit Club, where she lost 30 pounds.
