On Friday, the Hollywood actress hit the gym in her Alo attire in a new clip shared on Instagram.
Sarah was filmed using various exercise machines, lifting weights, and doing squats in skintight bodysuits, a white sports bra, and high-waisted leggings.
The Scream 2 star also added white Alo crew socks, matching sneakers, and a trucker hat to pull her look together.
Sarah tied her blond hair up in a low bun and used the inspirational hit Fighter by Christina Aguilera in the video.

She captioned her video, “Ok I realize working out has become my personality…but while I have always been good about cardio and Pilates, I avoided lifting.”
Sarah went on to praise her trainer Brad for helping her out with her workouts.
She continued, “You have changed me (for better or worse) I promise to keep up the hard work and the complaining about it. Btw Brad if a cookie falls on the ground and I pick it up, that’s a squat right?!?”
